Officials claimed that she exceeded the set speed\u2062 limit and\u2062 crashed\u200b into a golf cart\u2064 escorting a couple on\u2064 their wedding day. They \u2063stated that she did not\u2064 represent a risk to the public or will flee and also \u2063cited \u200bher absence of a criminal\u200b past. <\/p>\n<p>The \u2064night of April 28<sup>th<\/sup>, Samantha Miller and Aric Hutchinson had just left \u200ctheir wedding reception on a golf cart with\u2063 two other passengers when\u200b Komoroski crashed\u200b into them with \u2062her Toyota Camri. Although\u2062 Hutchinson was discharged from the hospital days later, \u2063Miller tragically passed away. The two other passengers also survived their injuries. <\/p>\n<p>Lisa \u200bMiller, the \u200bbride\u2019s mother, appeared in court during the\u200c hearing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><strong>\u201cShe didn\u2019t just kill my child,\u201d\u200c she said tearfully. \u201cShe \u200bkilled all of us. \u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the \u2063case\u2019s affidavit, the claimed suspect refused to complete a sobriety test\u200b at\u200d the scene and required \u2063help from a\u200b responding officer to stand\u200c up. <\/p>\n<p>In\u200b a statement, the Miller\u2019s attorney Jerry Meehan said that the family was \u200csatisfied with the result \u200dand agreed with the judge\u2019s finding that Komoroski \u201cwas \u2062a danger to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The alleged\u2064 suspected killer \u200cis being held at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center in Charleston. The judge stated in court\u200c that\u200b if a trial \u200bhas not happened by \u200cthe spring of 2024, he \u2063will allow a $150,000 bond along with \u2062house arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
