They \u200dmanaged to make a pretty bad impression in that brief time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHunter \u2063and Melissa were \u200bhorrible tenants,\u201d one \u2064source told the newspaper. \u201cNot only did they stiff\u2064 the\u2062 owner for months \u2063of rent,\u2062 they left the \u2062house in terrible condition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMelissa was rude and entitled. They destroyed the\u2063 stereo equipment in the home \u2063and when someone came to fix it, \u200cthey were uncooperative.\u2064 They also left the place dirty.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s important to point out that the Daily Mail piece relies entirely \u2063on unnamed sources, \u2063so readers can\u200b take it with whatever amount \u2063of salt they choose. But from\u2062 what\u2019s publicly known about Hunter\u2019s past \u2014 often from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-smartest-man-father-knows-says-smoked-parmesan-cheese-resembled-crack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">his own \u2064damning \u200bwords<\/a> \u2014 it\u2019s not exactly a stretch to think he might \u2062be a deadbeat renter.<\/p>\n<p>This is a guy who was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/time-hunter-biden-failed-drug-test-navy-blamed-two-random-africans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kicked out of \u2062the Navy<\/a> for drug use (and\u2064 lost an officer\u2019s commission he\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/never-forget-hunter-biden-kicked-navy-cocaine-use\/)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">never should have had<\/a>); has recorded \u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/naked-hunter-biden-tells-prostitute-russian-drug-dealers-stole-laptop-blackmail-shocking-video-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">copious quantities <\/a>of video showing\u200b himself and various\u200b prostitutes\u2064 in various states of\u2062 undress, engaging in or discussing various drug use; and is suspected, with\u2063 very good\u2063 reason, of \u200dusing his connection to his father, President Joe Biden to \u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/matt-gaetz-presses-fbi-director-biden-shakedown-hearing-seem-deeply-incurious\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rake \u200din millions<\/a> from shady \u2062characters overseas.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s \u200cnot exactly type who makes sure to \u200bmop under the radiator to get the security deposit \u2063back.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Seems totally out of character, amirite?<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Country Mouse (@Mr_Malph_To_You) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Mr_Malph_To_You\/status\/1686764886158618624?\">August 2,\u200b 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The home \u2014 which rented at\u2064 $25,000 \u200ba month \u2014\u200b was\u2062 sold in March 2022 for $3.9 million and is now valued at\u200c $4.2 \u200dmillion, according to the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>But the owner at the time of the Biden lease was Jonathan Neman, co-founder of the salad-centric,\u200c fast-casual food chain Sweetgreen.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike many \u200dof \u200cCalifornia\u2019s wealthy \u2062entrepreneurs, Neman doesn\u2019t appear to be\u2062 a\u2064 rabid Democratic supporter. In fact,\u2062 his biggest foray into the political world appeared to come during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in \u2064September 2021, when he appeared \u2062to suggest, according to a report in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/health\/archive\/2021\/09\/sweetgreen-ceo-salad-pandemic\/620038\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Atlantic<\/a>, that the way to deal with COVID was \u200dto have the \u200cgovernment force everyone to\u200d eat more salad\u200d to cut obesity.<\/p>\n<p>(That\u2019s obscene\u2063 on philosophical grounds as well \u200das culinary and nutritional grounds, but considering the guy sells salad, at\u200b least it\u2019s understandable as\u200b a \u200dpure matter of cupidity.)<\/p>\n<p>Neman, according to the Daily Mail, declined to\u200d comment on the Bidens\u2019 rental period.<\/p>\n<p>But the outlet quoted a source as saying Neman \u200cdidn\u2019t want to take Hunter \u2062to\u200c court for the unpaid rent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not \u200dthat he needed\u200c the money, and,\u200d frankly, it was embarrassing,\u201d the source said, according to the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>Embarrassing for Neman, maybe. \u200bBut it\u2019s\u200d probably a safe \u2064bet to say that at \u2062this \u200bpoint, \u200dHunter Biden is beyond embarrassment.<\/p>\n<p>The man-child has spent an adult \u200blife\u200b living under his\u200b father\u2019s shadow, selling his connection \u2064to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-hunter-bidens-business-partner-testifies-damning-joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">his father\u2019s power<\/a>, engaging\u2062 in an affair with his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/must-read-hunter-biden-love-email-best-man-anyone-ever-dream-now-get-hiv-test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brother\u2019s \u2063widow<\/a> while still married to his first wife, \u2062and attempting to abandon his own daughter (while apparently leading his family to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bidens-make-cruel-statement-stockings-wh-fireplace-second-year-row\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">callously\u2064 ignore the girl<\/a>, \u200ctoo).<\/p>\n<p>Now, despite his pretensions of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/buyer-hunter-bidens-artwork-gained-access-wh-13-times-landed-presidential-appointment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an \u201cart\u201d career<\/a>, his main claim to fame is being \u2063a national disgrace.<\/p>\n<p>Being a \u201chorrible tenant,\u201d \u200cif it\u2019s \u2063true, is the least \u200dof his problems.<\/p>\n<p>The post <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-wife-blasted-horrible-tenants-4-2m-rental-report\/\">Hunter Biden and Wife Blasted as &#8216;Horrible Tenants&#8217;
