It certainly was powerful, though, because if you&#8217;re sitting \u200bwith a foreign business person and you \u200chear the vice\u2062 president&#8217;s voice, that&#8217;s prized\u200d enough. He\u200d also met with\u200b Archer at least &#8220;20 times&#8221; and even wrote him a \u2064letter expressing gratitude for partnering with Hunter. Archer \u200bdescribed it as a &#8220;nice gesture,&#8221; but Tucker Carlson pointed out that it was \u200binappropriate for the vice president \u2062to discuss foreign business deals \u200dand thank\u200d someone for\u2064 their involvement.<\/p>\n<p>Archer admitted that initially, he saw the benefits of being closely connected to the Bidens, but eventually realized the problems associated \u200cwith it. Archer explained, &#8220;You&#8217;ve got to be an \u2064expert in \u2063knowing \u2063the guy, and he was \u2064the \u200bguy that was the expert in knowing the guy.&#8221; The Biden brand added\u200b significant power to their business dealings, leveraging the vice president&#8217;s position.<\/p>\n<p>Carlson highlighted \u2062that Washington D.C. is known as a &#8220;selling access&#8221; city rather than a &#8220;money\u200d town.&#8221; Archer agreed, stating that understanding the regulatory environment often translates to\u200d selling access. \u200dHe\u200d added, &#8220;That&#8217;s how I interpreted it.
