Trump \u2063campaign spokeswoman, Liz Harrington, dismissed the indictment, labeling it as the latest example of election \u200dinterference \u200bby \u200dthe Biden Administration.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThere is not a single crime listed in this\u2063 indictment,\u201d Harrington told One\u2064 America News. \u201cThey\u200d only list thought\u2064 crimes.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Special Counsel Jack Smith charged Trump \u2063with Conspiracy to Defraud the United States;\u2064 Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official\u200b Proceeding; \u200dObstruction of,\u200d and Attempting to Obstruct, an Official Proceeding; and Conspiracy Against Civil Rights.<\/p>\n<p>Smith\u2019s main argument was that Trump \u201cknowingly\u201d lied about the 2020 election. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThese claims \u200cwere false, and the Defendant knew that they were false,\u201d Smith wrote in the indictment.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Harrington blasted Smith for\u2062 Trump\u2019s indictment in challenging the 2020 election. She argued that the election was stolen and rigged.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIt is an\u2062 opinion and belief and fact shared by tens of millions of Americans, \u200dnot just Republicans, but\u200c Independents\u2064 and \u2064Democrats,\u201d Harrington\u200d said. \u201cThey know that cheating affected the \u2063outcome of 2020 and that opinion has only grown since 2020 because of the censorship.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The 45-page indictment also listed six unnamed co-conspirators. <\/p>\n<p>Harrington says Smith is criminalizing Trump\u2019s\u2063 political speech, something that has never been done to a former president.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s never happened in our country,\u201d Harrington said. \u201cIt\u2019s certainly happened in many places around the world under dictatorships and Banana Republics, but \u2063not \u2062in the United States of America.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Harrington argued that this indictment was the \u2063exclamation point in the Biden Administration\u2019s war on the First Amendment.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re not \u2062allowed to\u2063 voice [your opinion on the 2020 Election] because they will come after\u2063 you,\u201d Harrington\u200b told OAN. \u200d\u201cThey\u2019ll try to disbar you. \u200dThey\u2019ll try to imprison you. We\u2019ve seen this over and over\u2064 again, and they\u2019re only getting worse, because they are so \u200ddesperate.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The\u200b Trump\u2063 campaign spokeswoman pointed out that numerous Democrat party \u200dleaders \u2063have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/harrington-there-is-not-a-single-crime-listed-in-trump-j6-indictment\/\" title=\"Harrington: Trump J6 Indictment Lacks Any Crime.\">unsuccessfully challenged\u200b past elections<\/a> with no legal consequence.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIf it was a crime to question an election, \u2063Hillary Clinton would be in jail,\u201d said Harrington.<br \/>\u201cI think she\u2019s committed a lot of \u2062other real crimes too.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThe entire premise is a conspiracy to\u200c defraud the United States. What could be more fraudulent than the Russiagate hoax, which was actually \u2063designed\u2063 to \u2063undermine the 2016 election based on total lies\u200c from Hillary Clinton and then pursued by the corrupt FBI,\u201d Harrington continued. \u201cIt just is astounding.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The 45<sup>th<\/sup> president showed gratitude to Americans for standing by him following his third indictment.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cTHANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!!
