John\u2063 Barrasso (R-WY),\u200c chairman of the Senate Republican Conference, \u200bholds the title of America&#8217;s most \u2063popular senator.<\/p>\n<p>The\u200c Morning Consult survey reveals \u200bthat Barrasso enjoys \u200ca \u2064remarkable 70% approval rating in Wyoming,\u200b with\u2064 only\u200d 18% disapproving of \u200bhis performance.<\/p>\n<p>Joining Barrasso on the list of popular senators are Sens. \u200dBrian Schatz (D-HI) at\u2064 65%, Mazie Hirono (D-HI) at\u2064 63%,\u2062 John \u200bThune (R-SD) at 63%, \u200cBernie \u200bSanders (I-VT) at 63%, Mike\u200d Rounds (R-SD) \u2064at 62%, \u200cAngus King \u2062(I-ME) at 62%, Dan Sullivan (R-AK) at 61%, Peter Welch (D-VT) at 61%, and Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) at 60%.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, almost\u2063 all senators, whether popular or\u2063 not, have \u2064a significant portion of their constituents (between 7-14%) who either don&#8217;t know or have no opinion \u200dabout their job performance. The exception to\u200d this trend is Bernie Sanders, who has \u2063less than 1% of undecided \u2062constituents.<\/p>\n<p>On the other end of the spectrum, the least\u2063 favorite senators \u200cinclude Sens.
