He disclosed that\u200c Hunter referred to President Joe Biden as &#8220;my guy&#8221; and mentioned \u200bhis dad&#8217;s connection to foreign \u200bassociates nearly two\u200c dozen times.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Devon Archer\u2019s testimony has now raised concerns about President Joe Biden potentially violating the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/nsd-fara\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Foreign Agents Registration \u2063Act<\/a> \u2062 (FARA).\u200c The House \u2062Oversight Committee has been \u200dinvestigating \u200cforeign payments made to members of the Biden\u200c family during and after Joe Biden&#8217;s time as vice president in the Obama administration.<\/p>\n<p>Representative \u200cAndy Biggs (R-Ariz.) expressed his astonishment at the Biden\u2062 family&#8217;s\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jonathan-emord-doj-scrambles-to-find-non-existent-evidence-of-intent\/\" title=\"Jonathan Emord: DOJ Scrambles to Find Non-Existent Evidence of \u201cIntent\u201d\">influence peddling scheme<\/a> following Devon Archer&#8217;s testimony in an interview with One America News.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, they admitted that they were \u200busing, what Devon said was the Biden brand,&#8221; Biggs\u200d said. &#8220;He was using the Biden brand to build up their business, to raise capital, and go forward. Now, when pressed\u200c on what the Biden brand\u200b is, he said it was obvious multiple times. Now, as you read the transcript comes \u200bout and\u2062 you read it, you&#8217;ll see he says \u2062it&#8217;s obvious multiple times.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>During the four-hour \u200cHouse Oversight Committee interview, Archer revealed that\u2062 Ukrainian natural gas company\u200b Burisma Holdings paid Hunter\u200d up to $1 million per year to serve on \u2063its board solely for the purpose \u2062of\u2063 &#8220;selling the brand&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Archer also disclosed that Hunter Biden would frequently put his father on speakerphone during business \u200cmeetings, contradicting the Biden \u200dWhite House&#8217;s\u2062 denial\u200c of\u2062 such occurrences.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;Joe Biden would call in,&#8221; Biggs told OAN&#8217;s John Hines, explaining that Archer admitted there were code phrases and words involved. &#8220;Put\u2064 &#8217;em on speakerphone, and he was there, uh, basically offering support for what they were doing. Devon \u2064was \u2064trying to, to say\u2062 it was, well, \u2064these were casual conversations. He&#8217;d ask about \u2063the \u2064weather and he&#8217;d ask about fishing. Well, the only weather he \u200bwas asking about\u2063 was, well, you know, what&#8217;s the climate for us\u2063 getting a\u2064 payoff?&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Biggs pressed Archer on these conversations and took detailed notes.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;He said, Burisma would&#8217;ve gone under \u2063or gone out of \u2062business sooner if the Biden brand had not been involved,&#8221; Biggs explained. &#8220;Now, I \u200cwant you to think about that. What\u200d he&#8217;s saying is, if not \u200bfor Joe Biden, Burisma \u200bwould&#8217;ve gone\u200d out\u200b of \u2063business sooner.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Attorneys\u200c for \u2064Hunter Biden have not commented on Archer&#8217;s testimony. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;House Republicans&#8217; own much<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/devon-archer-claims-hunter-biden-used-his-father-to-sell-the-brand\/\" title=\"Devon Archer alleges Hunter Biden exploited his father's influence for personal gain.\">-hyped witness today testified<\/a> that he never heard of \u200bPresident Biden \u200ddiscussing\u2062 business with his son or his son&#8217;s associates, or \u2062doing anything wrong,&#8221; Ian Sams, a \u2064spokesperson for the White House counsel&#8217;s office, said in a \u2064statement. &#8220;House Republicans keep\u2063 promising bombshell evidence to\u2063 support\u200d their ridiculous attacks against the President, \u2064but time after time, they keep\u2063 failing to produce any.
