Carlos De Oliveira, who was\u2064 recently indicted, is facing four felony charges for allegedly conspiring to \u200bdelete \u200bsurveillance\u2063 footage from Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n<h3>Special Counsel Reveals New Evidence<\/h3>\n<p>In a \u200ccourt filing, special counsel Jack Smith stated that\u200b the federal government has\u200c provided Nauta and Trump with a third &#8220;production of unclassified discovery&#8221; on Monday. This new evidence, referred to as &#8220;Production 3,&#8221; will be used\u2063 in the prosecution&#8217;s case.<\/p>\n<p>The additional information\u200b includes CCTV footage, \u2063data used to\u2064 obtain a search warrant, memorialization of witness interviews, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-arrested-trump-makes-a-deal-with-jack-smith-on-justice-department-discovery-info\/\" title=\"Trump arrested: Trump strikes deal with Jack Smith on DOJ discovery info.\">grand jury transcripts<\/a>, as mentioned in the \u200bcourt filing.<\/p>\n<p>According to \u200dSmith, the CCTV footage was obtained from \u200dthe Trump administration on May \u20639\u200d and May 12, 2023. However, it was discovered on July \u206227 that this footage had not been processed and uploaded \u200dfor \u200cthe defense to \u2062view, contrary \u2064to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/chinese-military-had-deep-ties-to-wuhan-lab-suspected-of-covid-19-outbreak-cables-show\/\" title=\"Chinese military linked to Wuhan lab suspected of COVID-19 outbreak, per cables.\">previous claims made<\/a> by the government.<\/p>\n<p>Previous Productions and Revised\u200d Indictment<\/p>\n<p>Smith also mentioned that two previous \u2062&#8221;productions&#8221; of evidence had already been given to Trump and Nauta. With the completion of Production 3, all unclassified memorialization of witness interviews and grand jury transcripts in the government&#8217;s possession have now been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Smith revised his original indictment against Nauta and Trump, adding new charges last week related to\u2063 the alleged conspiracy to delete\u2062 security footage. Both men have pleaded not guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos De Oliveira, named as a \u200bthird defendant in the case, made\u200c his first appearance\u200c in court on Monday. His arraignment was\u2064 delayed until Aug. 10 to allow him to secure \u200drepresentation in Florida.
