According to the poll,\u200c a staggering\u200c 88 percent of Americans support laws mandating voters to show a form of ID in order to cast their ballot. This support extends to the majority \u200bof black (82 percent) and Hispanic voters (83 percent), with only\u200c 9 percent of \u200dthose polled opposing ID requirements.<\/p>\n<p>These findings challenge the \u200bnarrative perpetuated by legacy media and Democrat politicians, who have long portrayed voter ID laws as tools\u2062 of\u200c voter\u2062 suppression. In\u2062 fact, \u200btwo years ago, Georgia&#8217;s passage of an election\u200d integrity law that included a provision mandating voter\u200b ID for absentee voting was \u2064falsely labeled as &#8220;Jim Crow on steroids&#8221; \u2064by President Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>However, the reality in Georgia tells a different story. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-poll-shows-majority-of-americans-support-voter-id-limited-mail-in-voting\/\" title=\"Poll: Majority of Americans Back Voter ID, Limited Mail-In Voting\">state\u2062 experienced record \u200dearly voter turnout<\/a> in its general election and \u2064Senate runoff, \u200dand a post-election poll revealed \u200bthat 0 percent of black Georgia voters reported a &#8220;poor&#8221; voting experience.<\/p>\n<p>The HEP\u200d survey\u200d also\u2064 uncovered overwhelming opposition to noncitizens and\u2064 minors voting in U.S. elections. Democrat-controlled cities like Washington, D.C., have allowed foreign\u200b nationals to vote in municipal\u200c elections, while blue localities in\u2062 states such as Maryland and California have permitted 16-year-olds to vote in local elections.<\/p>\n<p>According \u200bto\u2064 HEP&#8217;s polling data, 89 percent of \u200bvoters believe that American elections should only be for\u200b American citizens, including 82 percent of Democrats, 80 \u2064percent\u200b of\u2064 Black voters, and 78 percent of Hispanic voters. Additionally, 72 percent of voters oppose lowering \u200bthe voting age to 16.<\/p>\n<p>But it&#8217;s \u200cnot just voter ID and eligibility where \u2062Democrats \u2063are\u2063 out of touch \u2063with voters. The survey \u200balso reveals \u200bsupport \u200dfor limiting the \u2062use of\u2064 mail-in voting.<\/p>\n<p>During the 2020 election, many \u200bstates \u200bexpanded the \u200duse\u2064 of mail-in voting and other nonsecure election\u200d practices due \u200cto Covid lockdowns. \u2064Attempts by \u200bGOP-led states to return to pre-Covid election \u200crules have been met with\u2063 resistance from Democrats, who falsely accuse Republicans of rolling\u200b back voting rights.<\/p>\n<p>Contrary \u2062to Democrat claims, HEP&#8217;s survey shows that 76 percent of voters believe that voting in \u2063person \u2064is better\u200d than voting by mail. The data also indicates that 73\u2064 percent of Americans reject automatically \u200bsending ballots \u200cwithout a voter&#8217;s request,\u2062 and \u200b74 percent think practices like ballot harvesting should be illegal. Furthermore, 89 percent believe \u200dthat every ballot\u2064 should be \u2063received by Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>The survey also reveals that two-thirds of voters (66 percent) support terminating no-excuse mail voting as long\u200d as states \u200coffer two weeks of early in-person voting, including weekends. This includes 69 percent of Hispanic voters and\u2063 55 percent of black voters.<\/p>\n<p>The poll also found widespread opposition to foreign nationals influencing U.S. \u2064elections and support for transparency in the elections process.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Despite what \u2063the far left and many in the mainstream media would have you believe, \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sen-josh-hawley-announces-he-will-object-during-electoral-college-certification-process\/\" title=\"Sen.
