Experts Weigh In\">falsifying business records<\/a> in 2016, Bragg wants to \u200cget\u2064 the\u2063 full, video-recorded deposition Trump gave\u200d in\u2064 the\u200b federal lawsuit by former advice columnist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/judge-makes-massive-ruling-trump-e-jean-carroll-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">E. Jean \u200bCarroll<\/a> \u200c that accused Trump of rape and defamation.<\/p>\n<p>Merchan\u2064 did not \u2062block the subpoena, but said it is up to a \u2064<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sidney-powell-is-an-american-legal-giant\/\" title=\"Sidney Powell Is an American Legal Giant\">federal judge<\/a> \u200dto rule \u2064on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The former first\u2064 lady is now \u2063leading a private \u200blife, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/07\/26\/us\/politics\/melania-trump-2024-campaign.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The\u200d New\u2063 York Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cFrom her point\u200c of view and her friends\u2019 point of view, she\u2019s\u200d been through a lot and she\u2019s come out a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/alvin-braggs-office-suffers-big-loss-in-case-against-donald-trump\/\" title=\"Alvin Bragg's office faces major setback in Donald Trump case.\">strong independent woman<\/a>,\u201d \u200dsaid \u2064R.\u2062 Couri Hay, a \u2063publicist, who knew Melania Trump before her White\u200b House days, told the Times= in an article published Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s learned how to \u2062close the door and \u200cclose the shutters and remain private. We don\u2019t see a lot, we don\u2019t hear a lot,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Former Trump aide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kellyanne-conway-tells-fox-news-keep-center-podium-open-first-gop-debate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kellyanne Conway<\/a> \u2063said Melania \u200dTrump\u200d is \u201call in\u201d \u200bon the former president\u2019s campaign.\u200d She is the former president\u2019s \u201cmost\u2063 trusted\u2062 and \u2064most transparent adviser,\u201d Conway said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know few people as comfortable\u2062 in \u2062their \u200bskin as Melania Trump. She knows \u200bwho she \u2062is and keeps her priorities \u200bin \u2062check.
