Coli, malaria, and \u200deven COVID.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is an unusual situation.\u200b I\u2019ve been in government for 25 years. I\u2019ve never seen anything like\u200c this,<\/strong> \u2064Reedley City Manager Nicole Zieba said.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>This was an oft-echoed statement:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cI\u2019ve\u200b never seen\u2064 this in my 26-year career with the County of Fresno,\u201d said \u200dJoe Prado, assistant director for the the Fresno County Department of Public Health. Speaking to \u2062the <a href=\"https:\/\/midvalleytimes.com\/article\/news\/2023\/07\/25\/investigation-on-reedley-building-uncovers-bio-health-hazards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mid-Valley Times<\/a>, again Prado: \u201cTwenty-six years with \u200bthe county of Fresno, \u200dand I have never\u200d come across this situation nor have I heard any of my counterparts deal \u200dwith \u2064a\u2064 situation like this.\u201d Etc., etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The investigation began in March when Reedley code enforcement officers looked\u2064 into a warehouse with\u2064 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/infant-severely-burned-by-garden-hose-left-in-sun-fire-department-posts-haunting-warning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">garden hose<\/a> attached \u2064illegally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was pretty clear right off \u2062the bat that something was going on \u2063we\u200b didn\u2019t have a business license for,\u201d Zieba said. \u201cThey didn\u2019t have any city approvals; that building was supposed to be vacant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Officers left the property due to the lack of a warrant, but with the garden hose and a number of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/deadly-pathogens-were-being-kept-in-illegal-us-lab-test-animals-found-to-have-disturbing-genetic-alteration\/\" title=\"Illegal US lab housed deadly pathogens, test animals discovered with alarming genetic changes.\">building code violations led<\/a> to officers eventually putting \u201cUnsafe to Occupy\u201d signs around the property and issuing an order for the people who were occupying\u200b it to leave.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, the Fresno County Department of Public Health was investigating the case \u2014 but in the \u200bend, the\u200c CDC, \u2063the FBI and numerous state agencies became involved.<\/p>\n<p>What\u200b they found was genuinely shocking: According \u200dto court \u200ddocuments, the Mid-Valley Times reported, \u201cinvestigators \u200cdiscovered that one room of the warehouse was used to produce COVID-19 and pregnancy tests. In other rooms, investigators found blood, tissue and other\u200d bodily fluid \u2064samples. They also found thousands \u2063of vials that contained unlabeled fluids. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s when we found the mice,\u201d Zieba said.<\/p>\n<p>Ah yes \u2014 a little bit under 1,000 mice, with 773 euthanized and 178 already dead.<\/p>\n<p>The company that moved equipment into the warehouse was identified as a Nevada-based firm, Prestige Biotech Inc. Wang Zhaolin was the Prestige representative on the site; he told investigators that \u201cthese mice were genetically engineered to catch and\u200d carry the COVID-19 \u200dvirus.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The mice, investigators\u2064 say, were housed under \u201cinhumane\u201d\u2063 conditions.<\/p>\n<p>However, an email exchange between Prado and\u2062 David He, who was allegedly a\u2064 representative for the company,\u200b went\u2064 nowhere. The exchange, which began on May 31 and ended on June 13, Prado\u200d asked for documentation involving why the company was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/report-officials-suppressed-covid-lab-leak-theory-concerned-publics-reaction-chinese-involvement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">storing \u200cinfectious agents<\/a>, whether it was disposing medical waste via a licensed\u2062 firm and how\u200b it would respond\u2063 to orders from the city.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey [Prestige] completely avoided the questions,\u201d\u200d Prado said. \u201cThis individual [He] was either unaware \u200bor was intentionally trying \u2064to mislead us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So, just so we\u2019re clear: There were nearly 1,000 mice who\u200d were genetically altered to catch the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/deleted-gop-docs-reveal-exact-moment-experts-suspected-covid-lab-leak-instead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COVID-19 virus<\/a> that were \u200dbeing housed in an ersatz laboratory in a warehouse and\u200d were being disposed of, along with bodily fluids and other biohazardous materials, via a waste firm whose documentation the people running the laboratory refused\u2062 to burnish \u2014 which likely \u200cmeans they\u2062 were unlicensed, as well.<\/p>\n<p>And you wonder \u2063why people\u2064 have questions about what the origins of COVID-19 were or how it transmitted and mutated.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t get me wrong, an illegal warehouse factory in Fresno County has <em>nothing<\/em> \u200bon the Wuhan Institute of \u200cVirology and\u200b reports \u200dthat it was doing work on bat\u200d coronaviruses in \u200blower security <a href=\"https:\/\/usrtk.org\/risky-research\/wuhans-lower-biosafety-level-labs-posed-greater-risk-for-coronavirus-lab-leak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BSL-2 and BSL-3<\/a> laboratories, \u200cinstead\u200b of BSL-4\u200b labs \u200d(the most secure). Nor does it have anything to do with the CDC being less-than-transparent about gain-of-function research it was allegedly funding at the\u2062 WIV \u2014 and the fact that the sainted Dr. \u2063Anthony Fauci may \u2063have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/rand-paul-sets-sights-fauci-letter-ag-garland-land-doctor-jail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lied in front \u200dof Congress<\/a> about it.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, authorities are saying that the\u200d warehouse lab has been \u200csafely contained by officials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think because of that\u200c swift action that was taken we had \u200dbeen able to maintain public safety this entire time,\u201d Prado said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are no more biologicals. That we escaped that fate\u2062 is apparently due to the quick action of \u2062city, state and federal\u200b officials.
