This \u2063ruling comes just in \u2064time for the vibrant\u2064 city of Helena\u2063 to host its annual LGBT-friendly event.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;The law will disproportionately harm not only drag performers, but any person\u2062 who\u2064 falls outside traditional gender \u200dand\u2063 identity\u200c norms,&#8221; stated U.S. District \u200dCourt Judge Brian Morris.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Heatwave Ravages Phoenix: \u200dCacti Wither and Locals Suffer<\/h3>\n<p>Helena&#8217;s much-anticipated LGBT celebration, featuring a lively\u2064 parade, street dancing, and a fabulous drag brunch, is set\u200b to kick off this Sunday and\u200b continue until August 6.<\/p>\n<p>Judge \u2064Morris&#8217;s order, \u2064issued on Friday, also highlighted the detrimental impact the law&#8217;s language would have on the transgender community.<\/p>\n<p>According to the law&#8217;s \u200cprovisions, minors would \u2063be prohibited from attending what\u2064 it deems\u200c as &#8220;sexually-oriented&#8221; performances.
