Version: 4.0.47--><h2>This is Part 1 of a 10-part series exposing \u200bthe underreported joint European and Palestinian program to \u2062bypass international law and establish a de facto Palestinian \u200bstate on Israeli land.<\/h2>\n<p>For decades, members of the media,\u200c activist groups, academics, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-un-pick-urges-continued-u-s-presence-in-chinese-led-panels\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s UN pick urges continued U.S. presence in Chinese-led panels\">international organizations<\/a>, \u2064NGOs, and countless\u2063 politicians have insisted that Jewish settlements in the West Bank are \u200dthe primary obstacle to peace between Israelis\u2063 and Palestinians.<\/p>\n<p>These settlements allegedly represent \u2063an\u2063 illegal and inhumane \u201coccupation,\u201d and\u200c until they are dismantled and the territory handed over\u2064 to a Palestinian state, there\u200b will be no resolution to the conflict.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond these\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/op-ed-the-illegal-palestinian-settlements-youve-never-heard-of\/\" title=\"Op-Ed: Unheard of Illegal Palestinian Settlements\">power broker narratives exists<\/a> \u2063another dimension to the story that is deliberately neglected worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>It \u200cis a far \u2063more labyrinthine and sinister tale \u2014 one of stunning hypocrisy, moral bankruptcy, quasi-legal bureaucracy, and colossal \u2062abuse of international law that exposes the\u2064 ideological \u200bmotivations and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/twitter-appears-to-shadow-ban-daily-wire-star-gina-carano\/\" title=\"Twitter Appears To \u2018Shadow Ban\u2019 Daily Wire Star Gina Carano\">bad-faith actors<\/a> \u2063at the core of an \u2062Israeli-European alliance supposedly based on \u201cshared democratic\u2063 values.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It begins with a little-known 2009 document and \u200cends\u200c with the illicit \u200bPalestinian takeover of hundreds of thousands of dunams\u2064 of internationally recognized Israeli land, with\u200d direct \u200csubsidization \u2064and encouragement from the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>In 1993,\u2063 in Oslo,\u2064 Norway, Israeli \u200cPrime Minister \u200dYitzhak Rabin and Palestinian terrorist-cum-statesman\u2063 Yasser Arafat signed the\u200c first and \u200bonly agreement achieved between\u2063 the Israelis and Palestinians.<\/p>\n<p>Brokered by the \u200cU.S. under President Bill Clinton and \u200dwitnessed by the EU, a critical\u2063 component of the treaty called Oslo II, \u200calso known as the Taba Agreement or the 1995 Interim Agreement, separated the West Bank\u2064 into\u200c three jurisdictions and outlined the specific\u2062 responsibilities and obligations of its administrators.<\/p>\n<p>Area A\u200b would be exclusively controlled, both for civil and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sleepy-joe-bidens-gang-who-stole-election-postpones-inauguration-rehearsal-claiming-security-threats-obama-advisor-lisa-monaco-to-take-over\/\" title=\"Sleepy Joe Biden\u2019s Gang Postpones Inauguration Rehearsal Claiming Security Threats \u2013 Obama Advisor Lisa Monaco to Take Over\">security matters<\/a>, by the Palestinian Authority. Area B would be administered in all civil\u2064 matters by the PA while the Israeli government would maintain peripheral security jurisdiction, and Area\u2064 C would be solely administered by \u200bIsrael.<\/p>\n<p>In \u2062other words, Israel\u2019s complete \u2063jurisdiction \u2063over Area C, which legally includes building permits, zoning, construction,\u2062 law enforcement, \u2063and planning, has been recognized by the Palestinian leadership \u2062and the world at large for almost three decades.<\/p>\n<p>As stipulated in the agreement, only when direct negotiations determine the permanent fate\u200d of the territories occupied by Jordan until 1967 can the Oslo Accords \u2064be replaced. Until then, it is the law.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike United Nations General Assembly resolutions, which are non-binding, the\u200d Oslo Accords are legally obligatory. Yet\u200c on Aug. \u200b23, 2009, 14 years after the signing of Oslo,\u2062 Salim \u200bFayyad, then the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/progressive-house-lawmaker-apologizes-for-racist-state-comment-targeting-israel\/\" title=\"Progressive lawmaker apologizes for offensive remark about Israel\">prime\u2063 minister<\/a> of the PA, published a blueprint titled, \u201cPalestine: Ending the Occupation,\u2064 Establishing the State,\u201d in which the Oslo framework was officially abandoned and\u200b direct \u200dnegotiations rejected.
