A fifth bank \u2013 Silvergate \u2013 voluntarily liquidated after the cryptocurrency market faltered\u200c earlier in\u200c the year.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Another Biden era bank failure. It\u2019s lower now than at this time last \u2063year and in 2021,\u201d Andrew Gross, a representative \u200bof\u2062 AAA, \u200dsaid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut while the heat may be keeping some \u2062folks home, it also suppresses refinery production, according to experts.
