She allegedly told Green Bay police she and Thyrion smoked meth during the day of the murder, which was\u2063 also found at \u200bthe crime \u2064scene.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor Caleb Saunders emphasized Schabusiness\u2019 past issues are not the\u200b point of focus, but the\u2062 relevant question is whether the defendant was going through a manic\u200c episode \u2063during the time of\u2064 the offense.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cWhat part of all of the witnesses and evidence you\u2019ve heard about the time and\u2063 the night of February \u200b21<sup>st<\/sup> that indicates \u2064she\u2019s going through some manic episode? You\u2019ve heard none of that,\u201d Saunders said.\u200c \u201cSo this idea that this manic episode arose and dissipated in a flash, just happening to \u200dbe around the five minutes where she\u2019s strangling him and the day that she dismembered Shad, it\u2019s utter\u2063 farce.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Schabusiness will appear back in court for sentencing \u2064in September, where\u2064 she faces life in prison.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
