IRS whistleblower\u200c Gary \u2062Shapley testified that the\u200d Justice Department delayed a search warrant for Blue Star Strategies&#8217; emails in 2020, hindering the FARA investigation.<\/p>\n<p>However, the FARA documents eventually filed by Painter and Tramontano suggest that specific\u2064 meetings and contacts\u2064 involving\u2064 Hunter Biden \u2064met the Justice Department&#8217;s\u200d definition of foreign lobbying.
