He had 20 \u2064times more Boxes \u2064than I did, and he wasn&#8217;t covered by the Presidential Records\u2062 Act. I was!&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Trump wasted no time pointing out the discrepancy in how the two separate cases are being handled, specifically highlighting his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-issues-pointed-message-to-biden-over-train-derailment-disaster\/\" title=\"Trump Issues Pointed Message to Biden Over Train Derailment Disaster\">main political rival<\/a>, Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<h3>Biden&#8217;s Investigation and Trump&#8217;s Response<\/h3>\n<p>Biden has been under investigation by special counsel Robert Hur for his handling of classified documents since January. However, it is expected to be some time before any updates on his case are revealed. While the circumstances surrounding the holding of the\u2062 documents differ between the two men,\u200b strategists believe that Biden&#8217;s immediate return of the documents, along with former Vice President Mike Pence, who\u2062 was also investigated, puts him in a\u2063 better legal position than Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, the former president disagrees.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;When it first came out that Biden had all of these \u200dDocs, many Classified, almost\u2063 everyone, including those on the Left, said, &#8216;there goes the case against Trump.&#8217; But\u200c they waited and waited, got failed prosecutor Deranged Jack \u200bSmith, and STRUCK &#8211; but did almost nothing on the REALLY BAD Biden Documents case, many stored in \u200dChinatown!&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Trump expressed his frustration on Truth Social, emphasizing the perceived bias in the handling of the cases.<\/p>\n<h3>New Charges and Republican Backlash<\/h3>\n<p>On Thursday, the Justice Department \u200cnamed a third defendant in Trump&#8217;s case, Carlos De Oliveria, an employee of Mar-a-Lago. Prosecutors allege that Trump conspired \u2063with De Oliveria and another co-defendant, Walt Nauta, in an\u200c attempt to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-charged-with-3-more-crimes-in-classified-documents-case\/\" title=\"Trump faces three additional charges in the classified documents case.\">delete surveillance footage<\/a>.
