DOJ Lets Sam Bankman-Fried Off The Hook For Campaign Finance Fraud<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Department of \u2062Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/07\/27\/business\/sam-bankman-fried-campaign-finance-charge.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">will<\/a><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  not <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pursue campaign finance charges<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  against the\u2063 disgraced former crypto-king \u200bSam Bankman-Fried after the DOJ \u200blearned that the U.S. hadn\u2019t obtained permission from the Bahamas to extradite Bankman-Fried\u2062 on that charge. Bankman-Fried, who ran the multi-million dollar crypto-investing firm\u200d FTX, was charged\u200c on eight \u2062counts, including fraud, money laundering,\u2064 and campaign finance violations. He was a major Democrat donor. The \u2062change\u200c in his indictment came \u2062late Wednesday night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapid \u2064Reaction: <\/strong>Is\u200d it any wonder trust in the U.S. government\u2063 is slow when the infamous\u2063 SBF\u200c gets treated like this by the DOJ? Radical Gender Ideology Hearing<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A congressional subcommittee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/barbaric-pseudoscience-chloe-cole-calls-for-lawmakers-to-protect-children-from-transgender-procedures\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heard<\/a> testimony\u2062 on Thursday about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/johnny-the-walrus-wins-float-contest-judge-flips-out\/\" title=\"Johnny the Walrus wins float contest, judge goes crazy.\">radical\u2062 gender ideology<\/a> and sex-change surgeries and other procedures. The testimony was emotional for \u2064both those who supported\u2063 so-called \u201ctransgender care\u201d for\u200d minors and those opposed to \u2062it. Supreme Court Strikes Down Gas Pipeline Ban<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Supreme Court has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kxan.com\/news\/national-news\/ap-supreme-court-allows-construction-to-resume-on-the-mountain-valley-pipeline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">struck down<\/a> a ruling from a lower court that prohibited the construction <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">of a 300-mile\u200b natural gas pipeline \u2014\u2064 being built through Virginia and West Virginia \u2014 from moving forward. This\u200b morning, the \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rapid-reaction-major-dem-donor-let-off-the-hook-for-alleged-campaign-finance-fraud\/\" title=\"Major Dem donor escapes punishment for alleged campaign finance fraud.\">high court vacated stay \u2062orders \u2062put<\/a> \u200din place by the U.S. \u200c4th Circuit\u2063 Court of Appeals. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">That ruling \u2063was\u2062 opposed by both the fossil fuel\u2064 industry and the Biden administration. West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin \u200csaid he is relieved the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/she-falsely-claimed-a-verizon-store-employee-groped-her-a-court-just-upheld-her-lengthy-sentence\/\" title=\"She Falsely Claimed A Verizon Store Employee Groped Her. A Court Just Upheld Her Lengthy Sentence.\">high court upheld<\/a> a law \u200cpassed by Congress\u2062 and signed by\u2063 the \u200bpresident. The senator went on to say, \u201cThe Supreme Court has\u2064 spoken\u2063 and this decision\u2063 to\u2062 let construction\u2064 of\u200d the Mountain Valley Pipeline move forward again is the correct one.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapid Reaction:\u2063 <\/strong>Thank goodness for the\u2064 conservative Supreme Court\u2064 \u2014 and thank goodness for former President Donald J. Trump\u2019s appointments. As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/meads-joe-bidens-energy-policy-is-the-embodiment-of-america-last\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previously\u200b covered<\/a>, the Biden administration has effectively done everything to make the\u2064 U.S.\u2064 dependent on \u2063foreign nations\u2019 energy. \u200cIt\u2019s backward and hurting our economy and national security. Trump Indictment\u2064 Coming?<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/spencerbrown\/2023\/07\/27\/trump-j6-indictment-expected-n2626281\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Former President Donald Trump\u2019s attorneys<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,\u2062 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Todd Blanche and John Lauro, were reportedly told by the prosecutors in Special \u2063Counsel Jack Smith\u2019s \u200doffice to \u201cexpect an indictment\u201d for\u200d their client over \u200dthe events leading up to \u200dand during the \u2063January 6\u2062 Capitol riot.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  \u200b However, Trump <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/110787141696035682\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">denied<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  this report \u2062on Truth Social and \u200bsaid\u200b it \u2064was a \u201cproductive meeting.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapid Reaction:<\/strong> The Witchhunt continues \u2014 \u2062what else is there to say\u2064 at this point? Bowe Bergdahl \u2064Conviction Vacated<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bowe Bergdahl, the American soldier who was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/bowe-bergdahl-has-desertion-conviction-vacated-by-judge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">captured<\/a> in Afghanistan and later traded for five\u2063 Taliban leaders in\u2064 a prisoner exchange,\u2063 has had his \u200bdesertion \u200cconviction tossed out.  A federal\u200d judge said the original case could have been clouded by a\u200b conflict of interest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to U.S. District Judge\u2063 Reggie Walton, Judge Jeffrey \u200cNance did not disclose his\u2064 application to be an immigration judge under then-President Donald Trump. Walton argued that\u200c Bergdahl\u2019s trial could then \u2064be construed as\u2063 a conflict of interest because\u2063 of Trump\u2019s vocal criticisms\u2062 of Bergdahl and\u2063 that Nance\u2019s neutrality was \u201cundermined\u201d because\u2063 \u201che might\u2064 be inclined to appeal to the president\u2019s expressed interest in\u2064 the plaintiff\u2019s conviction and punishment when\u200d applying \u2064for the immigration judge position.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapid Reaction<\/strong>: It\u2019s easy to \u2063forget how terrible former President Barack Obama\u2019s \u2064foreign policy \u200dreally was.
