This paragraph affirmed\u2063 that\u200b the United States would not prosecute Hunter Biden\u2062 for any crime &#8220;encompassed by the attached\u2063 Statement of Facts&#8221; in the \u2062diversion agreement\u2062 or plea deal, \u2064according to the written\u2064 deal\u200c obtained by Politico.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing\u200c in U.S. District\u200c Court in Wilmington, Delaware, DOJ prosecutor Leo\u200b Wise confirmed that he was &#8220;not aware&#8221; of \u2063any precedent for a plea\u2062 agreement \u200dthat includes a commitment not to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-prosecutor-forced-to-make-confession-in-court-judge-orders-him-to-sit-down\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's prosecutor compelled to confess in court, judge commands him to be seated.\">prosecute \u200dfuture crimes \u2063unrelated<\/a> to the case or\u200c diverted charges, \u200das stated \u2062in the hearing\u200b transcript.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the\u2063 judge immediately\u200d recognized \u200cthe unusual nature \u2062of the \u200cplea deal, noting that there are &#8220;some provisions\u2062 in those agreements that are\u200c not standard and are different\u2064 from \u200cwhat I normally \u2063see.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>When asked \u200cby the judge if he had ever seen a Diversion Agreement where the\u2062 agreement not to \u200cprosecute is so broad that it encompasses crimes in a different case, Wise\u200c replied, &#8220;No.&#8221; The judge then\u200c interjected, &#8220;We&#8217;re going to\u2062 talk \u2062about that. The company&#8217;s CEO, Mykola Zlochevsky, reportedly stated to\u2064 a confidential FBI source that Biden was appointed to &#8220;protect us, through his dad, from all kinds\u200d of problems,&#8221; according to an FBI\u2064 report \u200breleased by GOP lawmakers.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, a Senate report revealed that CCP-linked CEFC China Energy \u2062paid around $5 million to businesses linked to Hunter Biden in 2017.
