Legally that\u2019s constitutionally a very\u2062 hard\u200b case to make.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dershowitz, \u2063the author\u2064 of \u200d\u201c<em>Get\u2063 Trump,\u201d<\/em> \u200b argued that the 45th President\u2019s speech on January 6th was, in fact, protected under the United States Constitution. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cWell,\u200d [Jack Smith] \u2062 can\u2019t bring the speech itself,\u201d Dershowitz said. \u201cI despise the speech. I thought\u2064 it was a terrible\u2063 speech, and \u200dit showed \u2062bad judgment.
