She brought on her comrade McCaskill as a guest.<\/p>\n<p>At no point in the interview did Psaki inform her viewers that on\u2064 Wednesday the Department of Justice admitted Hunter is being <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/doj-reveals-hunter-biden-still-under-federal-investigation-potential-fara-violations\">investigated<\/a> \u2063 for potential Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) violations and could be charged.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Psaki did not inform her viewers that the DOJ admitted Hunter is being investigated for potential Foreign Agent Registration Act violations and could be charged (not good for\u2063 Joe).<\/p>\n<p>And she left out that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/high-ranking-dem-asks-doj-to-charge-all-perpetrators-from-capitol-riot-after-report-suggests-they-might-not\/\" title=\"High-Ranking Dem Asks DOJ To Charge All \u2018Perpetrators\u2019 From Capitol Riot After Report Suggests They Might Not\">plea agreement<\/a> would grant\u200b him near-universal immunity for future\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/izvArNxJjp\">https:\/\/t.co\/izvArNxJjp<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Tim Meads (@TimMeadsUSA) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TimMeadsUSA\/status\/1684376328806494209?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 27, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Furthermore, Psaki left out that the plea agreement in its past form would have granted Biden near-universal immunity for future charges \u2014 which is a major reason why the judge didn&#8217;t accept the deal. However, as several former \u200c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-ag-barr-authorizes-federal-prosecutors-to-pursue-substantial-allegations-of-voting-irregularities-before-2020-election-is-certified\/\" title=\"BREAKING: AG Barr Authorizes Federal Prosecutors to Pursue \"Substantial Allegations\" of Voting Irregularities Before 2020 Election is Certified\">federal prosecutors<\/a> have pointed out, Noreika did not accept the deal because the DOJ-Biden agreement was unprecedented and would \u2062have\u2063 effectively been universal immunity, tying her and other judge&#8217;s hands in the event Hunter receives future charges. Yet Psaki used the segment to push the notion that it was former President Donald J. Trump&#8217;s DOJ \u2014 not \u2064Biden&#8217;s DOJ \u2014 that was corrupt and did the president&#8217;s bidding.<\/p>\n<p>If you thought that\u200b was bad, it paled \u2062in comparison \u2063to McCaskill&#8217;s take on the situation. The ex-senator claimed\u200c that Republicans would respond to the entire fiasco by trying &#8220;to indict a father \u200dfor loving his son, who has been addicted to drugs and\/or alcohol and without evidence\u2063 of the father doing anything other than loving his son.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">CLAIRE MCCASKILL TO JEN PSAKI:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re going to try\u200b to indict a father for loving \u2064his son, who has been addicted to drugs and\/or alcohol.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/LNDo6OyzU2\">pic.twitter.com\/LNDo6OyzU2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014\u200b Townhall.com (@townhallcom) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/townhallcom\/status\/1684405270510809090?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 27, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>She also said that the DOJ and Hunter&#8217;s attorneys were worried that Trump\u2064 would get re-elected and revoke the plea\u2063 deal. So, she argued, this plea deal was arranged so that \u200dthe judge \u200cwould be the\u2064 arbiter \u2063if\u2063 Hunter violated his diversion program. The judge wasn&#8217;t comfortable with that \u2014 as McCaskill saw it \u2014 thus \u200drejecting the plea\u2064 deal.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, that doesn&#8217;t pass the smell test. She realized something wasn&#8217;t kosher and she may issue a &#8216;Show Cause&#8217; Order asking for\u2062 an explanation of why the two linked issues were placed in separate documents and then did\u2064 not\u2064 call attention \u2063to one another.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This was a &#8216;hidden&#8217; global plea agreement \u2014 and the fact that they tried to\u200d pull that off is all the GOP House needs to impeach Merrick Garland,&#8221;\u200b he added.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">That is\u2064 a way to play &#8220;hide the ball&#8221; from the public, but Judges see so \u200cmany \u2063plea agreements in the course of just a single year they realize\u200b immediately when something isn&#8217;t right, and then they ask questions. <\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s what happened here.
