The judge declined to sign \u200boff\u200c on \u2064the\u2063 deal, \u200dcommenting, \u201cYou are telling me to rubber stamp the agreement,\u201d according to\u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/hunter-biden-plea-deal-court-judge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBS\u2064 News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And \u200dnow Hunter\u200c Biden\u2019s\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/9-key-points-from-trump-campaign-press-conference-on-challenges-to-election-results\/\" title=\"9 Key Points from Trump Campaign Press Conference on Challenges to Election Results\">legal team<\/a> \u200dhas asked the court to keep certain materials \u201cunder seal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The materials \u200bin question contain confidential and\u200d sensitive information, including grand jury materials and taxpayer information,\u2062 according\u200d to a <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.ded.82801\/gov.uscourts.ded.82801.17.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filing<\/a> Wednesday\u2064 in U.S. \u200bDistrict Court for the\u200c District \u200dof Delaware.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s\u200c lawyers argued that \u200bsuch materials would be \u201cprejudicial\u201d and said\u200d the fact that some of the materials may have \u2062been disclosed earlier by the U.S. House of Representatives does not strip them\u2064 of their protections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese filings include several hundred\u200d pages of exhibits \u200bcontaining allegations, innuendo, and unverified claims regarding Defendant and the very\u200d matters before the Court,\u201d the filing said. \u2062\u201cDefense counsel wishes to maintain these materials \u200cunder seal, to protect Defendant from the disclosure on the public docket of potentially prejudicial information \u200cabout an \u200bongoing criminal matter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnder\u2063 the\u200b circumstances, \u200cthe temporary and continued sealing \u2062of such records to prevent undue and irreparable\u2064 prejudice to a defendant in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/this-is-a-rico-case-and-it-involves-potentially-the-incoming-president-of-the-united-states-assuming-hes-installed-tom-fitton-on-hunter-bidens-criminal-c\/\" title=\"\u201cThis Is a RICO Case and It Involves Potentially the Incoming President of the United States, Assuming He\u2019s Installed\u201d \u2013 Tom Fitton on Hunter Biden\u2019s Criminal Case\">criminal case<\/a>, is both warranted and\u200b serves the ends of \u200djustice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With the allegations of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bombshell-report-fbi-corroborated-biden-bribery-claims-told-us-attorney\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bribery<\/a> and corruption \u2063surrounding\u200c Hunter\u2062 and his father, one\u2063 would\u2063 think\u200d the Bidens would be happy to let all tax \u200bdocuments into the public record to end the speculation\u2062 if \u200dthere\u200c were nothing more to \u2063hide.<\/p>\n<p>But \u201cnothing more to hide\u201d \u2062doesn\u2019t seem \u2064to be a\u200b term\u2062 the Bidens are familiar with.\u200b The rabbit hole\u200b of their \u200dseemingly \u2062unscrupulous, unethical \u200cand illegal dealings goes too deep to reach the end of.<\/p>\n<p>According to CBS News, on July 19,\u2063 IRS\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/incognito-hunter-biden-whistleblower-appears-front-congress-gives-explosive-testimony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">whistleblowers<\/a> testified to\u200c the House Oversight Committee about the tax investigation \u200binvolving Hunter Biden. Joseph\u200b Ziegler, the \u2063lead IRS case agent, described\u200c himself as a Democrat and revealed that he recommended \u2062multiple felonies and misdemeanors charges against Hunter Biden \u200bin 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Ziegler said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-files-telling-legal-motion-after-sweetheart-plea-deal-backfires-horribly\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's legal motion takes a turn for the worse after a failed plea deal.\">investigators found\u2063 evidence suggesting improper business deductions claimed<\/a> by Hunter \u2064Biden for personal expenses like his children\u2019s college tuition, hotel bills and\u200b payments to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-spent-thousands-russian-prostitute-addiction-funded-joe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">escorts<\/a>.
