It\u2019s now clear that the agreement was never meant primarily to\u2063 shield Hunter from future prosecution, but to protect President Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>In a Delaware federal court on Wednesday, Hunter\u2019s lawyers ended up rejecting a plea deal once it became clear the deal would not confer broad immunity on the president\u2019s son. Although the language of the plea deal\u200c has not been released, it was \u2063supposed to have Hunter\u2063 plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay federal \u200cincome tax, as well as enter a pretrial diversion \u2062agreement for illegal possession of a firearm.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The hearing appeared to\u200b be going smoothly before Judge Noreika questioned whether the agreement meant that Mr.\u200b Biden would be immune from prosecution for other possible crimes \u2014 including violations related to representing foreign governments \u2062\u2014 in perpetuity. When a top prosecutor in the case said it would not, Chris\u2062 Clark, Mr. Biden\u2019s lead lawyer, initially hesitated and then said the \u200cgovernment\u2019s position \u2064would \u200cmake the\u2064 agreement \u201cnull and void.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The deal fell\u200c apart, however, once \u200dthe federal judge overseeing the case, Maryellen\u200d Noreika, starting asking questions. After a recess during which the lawyers for both sides scrambled to hash out an agreement, Judge Noreika, who earlier had said she felt she\u200b was being asked to \u201crubber stamp\u201d the agreement, said she\u2063 could not accept the plea deal. Hunter Biden then pled not guilty to the tax charges and the \u200bhearing was over.<\/p>\n<p>What to\u2064 make\u2064 of this? The most\u2064 obvious explanation is that Hunter\u2019s lawyers know what most\u2063 Americans know: He was involved\u200d in complex foreign bribery \u2064schemes that implicate his \u200cfather, President Biden. They were hoping to strike a plea agreement with the Justice Department that \u200cwould protect him from future prosecution related\u2062 to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/two-states-sue-biden-admin-for-pressuring-and-colluding-with-big-tech-to-censor-free-speech\/\" title=\"Two States Sue Biden Admin for \u201cPressuring and Colluding\u201d With Big Tech to Censor Free Speech\">corrupt foreign business deals<\/a> in Ukraine and China that involved\u2062 trading on his family name, but \u200conce it became clear \u2062that\u2064 the judge was not going to sign off on such an \u2062agreement, they backed\u200b out of the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Why would they want such a deal in the first place? \u200cMaybe because they \u2062know the Republicans \u200bin Congress\u200c continue to amass evidence that \u200bJoe Biden and his son took \u200bmillions in bribe money from Ukrainian\u200c oligarchs for protection against prosecution. Hunter\u2019s plea deal, in other words,\u2063 wasn\u2019t meant to shield Hunter from future prosecution, it was meant to protect Joe. A\u2063 plea\u200d agreement granting Hunter broad\u200c immunity would make it harder to dig into his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-bidens-plea-deal-wasnt-supposed-to-protect-him-it-was-supposed-to-protect-joe\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's plea deal aimed to safeguard Joe, not himself.\">murky overseas business deals \u200b\u2014 deals<\/a> which increasingly appear to have\u200d involved his father.<\/p>\n<p>As we \u2064have detailed\u200b here in recent days, the \u200dBiden bribery scheme in Ukraine is shaping \u200cup\u200b to be the great political scandal in\u200b American history. If it\u2019s true,\u200d it\u2062 would mean the end\u200c of Biden\u2019s presidency, either by impeachment and\u200b conviction or by \u2062abandonment by the Democrat Party establishment ahead of the 2024 election.<\/p>\n<p>Consider what\u2019s come out just\u2064 recently. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, last week released an\u200b unclassified FBI document detailing reports from a \u201chighly credible\u201d informant\u2062 who \u200bsays the founder and CEO of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, bragged about \u2062paying the Bidens $10 million to make the oil and gas company\u2019s legal\u2063 problems disappear. Specifically, Zlochevsky wanted \u2064Ukrainian authorities to fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was\u2062 investigating Burisma.<\/p>\n<p>And of course that\u2019s just what happened\u200d \u2014 after then-Vice President \u200dJoe Biden, by his own admission, threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine unless Shokin was fired.<\/p>\n<p>This same informant says top Burisma executives admitted that the only reason they hired Hunter to sit on their board \u200d(for a jaw-dropping $83,000 a month) was \u201cto protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of \u200dproblems.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FBI, for its part, tried to hide this document from IRS investigators and\u2063 Congress, and the corporate media\u200c have \u2063done their \u200dbest \u2062to ignore\u2063 the story altogether.<\/p>\n<p>But ignoring it won\u2019t make it go away. Indeed, the story keeps growing.\u200b As Margot Cleveland reported in \u200cthese pages earlier this week, the Pittsburgh FBI office told the Delaware \u200cU.S. attorney\u2019s office it had corroborated multiple aspects of the\u2064 informant\u2019s claims, including travel records \u2063confirming the informant had indeed traveled to the locales detailed in the document during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/john-durham-requests-30-subpoenas-in-trial-against-steele-dossier-source\/\" title=\"John Durham Requests 30 Subpoenas in Trial Against Steele Dossier Source\">relevant time period<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We also know the FBI \u2064and Justice Department not only prevented a \u2063pair of IRS whistleblowers from learning of the document but also\u2063 kept hidden portions \u200cof the materials found on Hunter\u2019s laptop. That\u2019s \u200dno small thing. One of those whistleblowers suggested the \u200bFBI informant\u2019s claims could corroborate other evidence the IRS special \u2064agents had gathered during their investigation.<\/p>\n<p>As this story develops, it\u2019s becoming obvious that the point of the FBI and DOJ\u2019s obstruction is to protect the president and suppress further evidence of the Biden bribery scheme. That\u2019s why a special counsel won\u2019t cut it. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/three-days-of-the-condor-captured-our-deep-state-past-and-present\/\" title=\"\u201cThree Days of the Condor\u201d Captured Our Deep State Past (And Present)\">deep state isn\u2019<\/a>t going to get \u2064to the bottom of this, and the corporate press is going \u200bto keep aggressively ignoring it. If the federal courtroom circus on Wednesday demonstrated anything, it\u2019s that we\u2019re \u200bgoing to need an impeachment inquiry to find out \u2063the truth about\u2062 President Biden\u2019s \u2062corruption.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Biden from any potential fallout.
