The third witness \u2064was whistleblower\u200c David Grusch, a decorated military\u200d veteran and intelligence official who served in Afghanistan and formerly worked at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Grusch was the National Reconnaissance Office\u2019s (NRO) representative to the Unidentified Aerial\u200d Phenomena Task Force beginning in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>While certain responses couldn\u2019t \u200dbe provided in an open session under \u200cthreat of\u200c legal \u200caction,\u2064 and would \u2064require David Grusch to enter a \u200cSCIF\u2063 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-10-most-incredible-exchanges-from-the-house-uap-hearing\/\" title=\"Top 10 Mind-Blowing Moments at House UAP Hearing\">secure compartmented\u2062 information facility<\/a>) \u2062with members of Congress, during the portion of the hearing in which representatives questioned \u2063the witnesses, several extraordinary exchanges still stood out.<\/p>\n<h3>Injury \u2064or Murder<\/h3>\n<p>One of the more explosive questions came \u2062when Rep. \u2063Tim Burchett (R-TN) asked David Grusch if he knew of anyone who had been \u201charmed or injured in efforts to cover up or conceal \u2026 extraterrestrial technology.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Burchett: Do you have\u200b any personal knowledge of people that have been harmed or injured in efforts to cover up or conceal these extraterrestrial\u200d technology?<\/p>\n<p>Grusch: Yes. Personally.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Burchett followed up by \u200casking \u200cif, \u2063to \u2064Grusch\u2019s knowledge, anyone had been \u201cmurdered.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Grusch replied: \u201cI have to be careful asking that question. \u200bI directed people with that knowledge to the appropriate authorities.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Locations<\/h3>\n<p>Rep. Robert Garcia\u200c (D-CA) asked Grusch if he believed the\u2062 federal government \u200bhas \u200cretrieved non-human craft, and where they might be stored.<\/p>\n<p>Grusch responded \u200bthat he does believe the government is in \u2062possession of craft, based on interviews with 40 witnesses, and that he knows \u201cthe exact locations and those \u2062locations were provided to the Inspector General.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cI actually had the people with the firsthand knowledge provide a protected disclosure to the Inspector General.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILY \u200cWIRE APP<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Fear of life<\/h3>\n<p>Rep. Anna \u2062Paulina Luna (R-FL) asked \u200dGrusch if he has \u201chad incidences that have caused\u2063 you\u200c to be \u2062in fear for your life for \u2062addressing these issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Grusch responded in the \u200caffirmative.<\/p>\n<h3>Cease and Desist<\/h3>\n<p>Rep. Luna asked \u2063Ryan Graves if \u201ccommercial \u2063airline pilots [are] receiving cease and desist letters\u200b from\u2062 corporations for coming forward with information in regard to safety \u2014 for potential airline passengers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Graves \u2064replied: \u201cI \u200bhave been made \u200bprivy to conversations with commercial aviators who have received cease and desist orders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Luna then\u200c stated that these companies are putting their reputations \u2063ahead of the safety of the American people.<\/p>\n<h3>Is This China?<\/h3>\n<p>Rep.\u200d Burchett asked retired Cmdr. David Fravor about the apparent jamming technology experienced from UAPs.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Burchett: Did you experience any of that jamming or interrupting\u2062 your radar or weapons system?<\/p>\n<p>Fravor: My crew that launched after we landed experienced significant jamming\u2062 to the APG-73 radar \u2014 which \u200bwas what we had on board, which \u200bis a mechanically scanned, very <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/navy-puts-forth-details-of-hypersonic-missile-plan\/\" title=\"Navy Puts Forth Details Of Hypersonic Missile Plan\">high-end system<\/a>. \u2026 And yes, it did pretty much everything you could do: \u200brange, velocity, aspect\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Burchett: Are you aware of any of our enemies that have that \u200ccapability?<\/p>\n<p>Fravor: No<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Aggressive Behavior (Human and \u2062Non-Human)<\/h3>\n<p>A fascinating exchange occurred \u200cbetween Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO) and \u200bGrusch, who alleged \u201cdisturbing\u201d behavior by UAPs and by people in the federal government.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Burlison: Has any of the activity been aggressive, been hostile in your reports?<\/p>\n<p>Grusch: I know of multiple colleagues of mine that got\u2062 physically injured\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Burlison:\u200b By UAPs or by people in the federal government?<\/p>\n<p>Grusch:\u2063 Both.<\/p>\n<p>Bulison: So there \u2063has been activity by \u2063alien or non-human technology and\/or\u200c beings that has caused harm to humans?<\/p>\n<p>Grusch: I can\u2019t get into specifics in an open environment. But at least the activity that I personally witnessed \u2026 what I personally witnessed \u2014 myself and my wife \u2014 was very \u200bdisturbing.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>What Do \u2064They Look Like?<\/h3>\n<p>Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) asked Graves what the common appearance was of\u2063 craft seen by Navy pilots with \u2064whom he \u2064had worked.<\/p>\n<p>Graves said that, primarily, the craft \u200cseen have\u2063 been \u2063\u201cdark gray or black cubes \u2062inside of a clear sphere.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Holman\u200b Rule<\/h3>\n<p>After asking a series of questions concerning national security, Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) said that he believes Congress \u200dshould demand to speak with Grusch in a SCIF (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/material-on-foreign-nations-nuclear-capabilities-top-secret-u-s-operations-seized-during-fbi-raid-on-mar-a-lago-report\/\" title=\"Material On \u2018Foreign Nation\u2019s Nuclear Capabilities\u2019, \u2018Top-Secret U.S. Operations\u2019 Seized During FBI Raid On Mar-A-Lago: Report\">secure compartmented information facility<\/a>), and \u201cif that access is denied, I will personally volunteer to initiate the Holman rule against any personnel, or any program, or\u200c any agency that denies access to Congress.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As The Washington Examiner \u200dexplains, \u201cThe Holman rule is an appropriation power that allows Congress to \u2063reduce the salary of or effectively fire a government employee. The\u200d rule also\u2064 allows \u2064Congress to cut funding from certain programs the government operates.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Non-Human Recoveries<\/h3>\n<p>And perhaps the most explosive claim came when Rep. Mace asked Grusch about UAP \u201cpilots.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Mace: \u2062If \u2062you believe we have crashed craft \u2014 as\u2062 stated earlier \u2014 \u2062do we \u200chave the bodies of the pilots who piloted this craft?<\/p>\n<p>Grusch:\u2063 As I\u2019ve stated publicly already in my News Nation interview, biologics came with some of these recoveries, yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Mace: Were they, I \u2063guess, human or non-human biologics?<\/p>\n<p>Grusch: Non-human \u2014 and that was the assessment of \u2063people with direct knowledge on the program I\u200d talked to that are currently still on the program.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>What Next?<\/h3>\n<p>Lastly, Rep.
