However, the\u2064 agreement was\u200d derailed when the federal judge overseeing the \u200bcase raised questions that exposed divisions \u2062between both sides.<\/p>\n<p>Despite whistleblowers from\u200b the investigation claiming that significant\u200d felonies were left off the table,\u2063 Hunter Biden was expected to plead\u200b guilty to a trio of federal charges.<\/p>\n<p>IRS agents Joseph Ziegler \u200band Gary Shapley testified before House lawmakers, revealing that \u2064the Department of Justice sought\u200d to hinder their federal tax investigation, \u2063which originated as a probe into a foreign pornography\u2062 ring. They also accused U.S. Delaware Attorney David\u2062 Weiss of allowing the statute\u200c of limitations to expire to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-plea-deal-derailed-by-federal-judge\/\" title=\"Federal judge derails Hunter Biden's plea deal.\">avoid filing \u2062additional charges<\/a>.
