The deal also\u2063 would have given the first\u200c son immunity \u2063on future criminal charges. Noreika instead told prosecutors and Biden&#8217;s legal team to\u200d hammer out a new deal, saying she needed more time to\u2064 review a proposal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You\u200b are telling me, &#8216;Just rubber stamp the agreement, Your Honor,'&#8221; Noreika said.<\/p>\n<p>The news also comes \u2062a week after two IRS agents involved in the Hunter Biden tax investigation told Congress that federal prosecutors repeatedly obstructed the probe by blocking investigators from interviewing Biden family members and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/cops-blasted-for-letting-gabby-petitos-boyfriend-disappear-as-body-possibly-found-in-wyoming\/\" title=\"Cops Blasted For Letting Gabby Petito\u2019s Boyfriend Disappear As Body Possibly Found In Wyoming\">obtaining search warrants<\/a>.\u2063 Republicans have accused the DOJ of offering Biden a &#8220;sweetheart agreement&#8221; in the tax \u200ccrime case.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Pierre declined to comment further, arguing\u200c that \u2063&#8221;Hunter Biden is a private citizen and this is a personal matter for him.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The president, \u2064the first lady, they love their son,&#8221;\u2064 she added. &#8220;They support\u200b him as he continues to \u2063rebuild\u200d his life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors admitted \u2064in\u2062 court\u2064 Wednesday that there is \u200danother open \u200binvestigation into the president&#8217;s son but\u2063 declined\u200b to provide \u2063details.
