Additionally, he faces another charge for destroying a toilet at the\u200d Dougherty County \u200cJail, according to the Associated Press.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Fleischmann, Jimmerson&#8217;s attorney, expressed concern over his client&#8217;s\u2064 prolonged\u2062 detention, stating that it is the longest \u200dpre-trial incarceration in\u2063 Georgia history and the second longest in U.S. history.
