In response, Hunter\u200c Biden&#8217;s attorney, Chris Clark, declared the agreement &#8220;null\u200d and void&#8221; when a top prosecutor stated that it would not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/justice-department-agrees-to-grant-hunter-biden-broad-legal-immunity-in-new-plea-agreement\/\" title=\"DOJ grants Hunter Biden wide legal immunity in new plea deal.\">provide permanent legal immunity<\/a> for the first\u2062 son, as reported\u200d by the\u200c <em>New York Times<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The success of the\u2062 revised plea deal now rests on the\u200b approval of Judge Maryellen Noreika, who raised \u2063concerns about the parameters of \u2063the initial agreement. When Noreika probed\u200b both\u2064 legal teams, Hunter\u200b Biden&#8217;s attorney called off the plea agreement.
