Grassley\u2064 called these redactions obstructive conduct by the United\u2062 States.<\/p>\n<p>The senator \u200demphasized that his main goal is to hold the DOJ \u200dand the FBI accountable for their actions.<\/p>\n<p>According to the FD-1023, Zlochevsky allegedly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/fd_1023_obtained_by_senator_grassley_-_biden.pdf\">told<\/a> the \u200cFBI&#8217;s confidential\u2063 human\u200d source (CHS)\u2062 that he had paid &#8220;5 (million) to one Biden, and 5 (million) to another&#8221; during a meeting in August\u200d 2016.
