Rather, it concerned Joe Biden\u2019s abuse of power as vice president for financial\u2062 gain. But now it\u200c reaches \u200dmuch\u2063 further \u2014 including 10 distinct scandals.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saturated in Scandal<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>The Many (Uncharged) Crimes of Hunter Biden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>While the current scandals swirling around the \u200claptop are unrelated to Hunter \u200dBiden\u2019s sex life or drug \u200babuse, the president\u2019s son \u200cfeatures in the first scandal: Evidence\u2062 indicates\u2062 Hunter \u2064Biden committed \u2062numerous crimes, including felonies.<\/p>\n<p>Evidence suggests \u200dHunter Biden acted as an unregistered foreign\u200d agent for, at\u2064 a \u200dminimum, Ukraine and China in \u200cviolation of the Foreign Agents\u200c Registration \u200dAct. The confidential human\u2063 source\u2019s (CHS) reporting suggests Hunter\u2062 also accepted bribes from Burisma\u2062 or alternatively helped extort $10\u200b million from\u2062 the Ukrainian oil and gas company for himself \u200dand his father.<\/p>\n<p>IRS whistleblowers and federal prosecutors also \u200dbelieved the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-family-scandals-are-so-much-bigger-than-hunters-hookers-and-burisma-bribery\/\" title=\"Biden family scandals go beyond Hunter's involvement with hookers and Burisma bribery.\">evidence supported multiple\u200d felony tax counts<\/a>. Lying on\u2064 a federal\u2062 firearm \u200bapplication is\u200c a serious felony\u200d as well.<\/p>\n<p>The evidence that the president\u2019s\u200c son likely engaged\u200b in extensive \u200dcriminal \u200cconduct\u2062 for over a\u200d decade is a huge scandal, but\u200c it also \u2064bred a\u200b separate \u200cscandal: the DOJ and FBI\u2019s efforts to protect him, No. 7 below.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Joe Biden\u2019s Business Lie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hunter Biden\u2019s\u200d laptop also exposed the reality that Joe Biden\u2063 lied to the American public, dating back \u2062to September 2019.\u2064 During a campaign \u2063stop, the then-Democrat presidential candidate snapped \u2064at Fox \u2062News\u2019 Peter\u200b Doocy, claiming: \u201cI\u2019ve never spoken to my son about his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-secret-service-intervened-in-hunter-biden-gun-incident-lied-on-background-check-form-report-says\/\" title=\"BREAKING: Secret Service Intervened In Hunter Biden Gun Incident; Lied On Background Check Form, Report Says\">overseas business dealings<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More than two years later, after The Washington Post and\u200b New \u2062York Times belatedly confirmed the \u200bauthenticity\u200d of the emails\u2063 recovered from Hunter Biden\u2019s abandoned laptop, \u200bDoocy asked \u2063then-White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki whether \u201cPresident Biden still maintains he never \u2064<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-bidens-lawyer-responds-to-bombshell-texts-my-client-was-too-doped-up-on-crack-to-be-trusted\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's attorney claims client's unreliability due to drug use.\">discussed overseas business deals<\/a> with his son\u200b Hunter,\u201d to which Psaki replied, \u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While Biden and his \u2064team\u2062 stuck with that lie for two-plus years, his \u2064current press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, is attempting to snuff out that scandal by reframing Biden\u2019s denial.\u2062 \u201cI\u2019ve been asked this question a million times. \u2062The\u2064 answer is not\u200d going to change. The answer remains the\u200c same: The president was never in business with his son,\u201d Jean-Pierre said on Monday.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Joe Biden\u2019s Corruption<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The much more serious scandal, however,\u2063 concerns extensive evidence\u200b of Joe Biden\u2019s\u200c widespread corruption. \u200cBank and corporate records, suspicious activity reports,\u2064 emails and text messages \u200drecovered from Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop, \u200dtravel records, reporting from \u2064a \u201chighly credible\u201d CHS, and testimony and expected testimony from Hunter Biden\u2019s business partners indicate that Joe Biden, while vice president, exchanged political\u2064 favors for payments\u200d to his\u2062 family members \u2014 with a\u2062 cut of the \u2064cash coming to the\u2062 \u201cBig Guy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>People and\/or organizations from Romania, Ukraine, Russia, and China, among others, all paid Biden-related\u200d business entities\u2064 millions of dollars, with evidence indicating\u2064 the now-president received a cut of the bribes. \u2062The\u200c evidence indicates that in exchange, the individuals received access to\u200c the then-vice president. \u200bIn the case of Ukraine, Biden forced the firing of the prosecutor general\u200c who\u2064 was investigating Burisma, the company \u2063where Hunter \u200dheld a board seat and which allegedly paid Joe\u200c and\u200b Hunter Biden\u200c each $5 million in bribes.<\/p>\n<p>The evidence of Joe Biden\u2019s corruption is bad \u200denough, but \u2062the scandal \u2064deepens\u2063 when one considers the president has \u200csupplied Ukraine with cluster bombs \u200band billions \u200din American tax dollars.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cover-Ups<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>FBI\u2019s Interference in the 2020 Election<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>By \u200dDecember 2019, the\u200c FBI had authenticated the laptop Hunter \u200dBiden abandoned at a computer repair shop in Wilmington,\u2062 Delaware. Yet,\u2064 knowing the laptop was real and contained spectacularly damaging details implicating Joe Biden in corruption, the FBI spent the months leading\u2064 up to\u2062 the\u2062 November 2020 \u2062election grooming tech giants to believe a \u201chack-and-leak operation\u201d was imminent. The FBI also pushed social\u200d media companies to\u200c change their\u200c terms of\u2062 service to prohibit the posting\u2063 of so-called hacked \u2062materials.<\/p>\n<p>These combined\u200d efforts \u200cprompted social media companies \u2063to censor the\u200b New York\u2064 Post\u2019s Oct. 14, 2020 blockbuster article, \u2063\u201cSmoking-Gun Email Reveals \u2064How Hunter Biden Introduced \u2062Ukrainian Businessman to VP Dad.\u201d\u200d After the story broke and after initially confirming its authenticity \u200cto Twitter, the FBI\u2062 refused to comment on whether the material had been hacked \u200bor was Russian disinformation,\u200c leading to its continued \u200bwidespread \u2063censorship.<\/p>\n<p>Not only did the FBI improperly protect Joe Biden\u200d and\u200c prompt the censorship of true\u2063 political speech,\u200b it interfered in the \u20622020 election and likely handed Biden the White House.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Intelligence Agencies\u2019 Interference \u2064in\u200c the 2020 Election<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Former and current members\u200d of intelligence \u2063agencies soon joined the FBI in\u200b interfering \u200cin the \u200b2020\u2062 election. The House Intelligence and Weaponization\u2063 Committees previously detailed evidence of that interference in their report titled, \u201cHow Senior Intelligence Community Officials and the\u200d Biden Campaign Worked \u2064to\u2064 Mislead American Voters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That report established that the infamous October 2020\u200d letter, which was \u200dsigned\u200d by 51\u200d former intelligence officials and falsely framed the Hunter Biden laptop as \u200cRussian\u200d disinformation, was concocted by Biden-campaign officials, including\u200c now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who served as\u2064 a senior\u200b adviser to the\u2064 Biden campaign. Then-candidate Joe Biden would cite that \u200cletter in\u200b his final debate with Donald Trump to lie to the American people (again), telling\u2062 the country \u200cthe laptop was Russian disinformation.<\/p>\n<p>It is scandalous\u2064 that scores of former intelligence officials would\u200d use their prior\u2063 positions\u2064 and reputations to deceive Americans in a way that likely affected the 2020 election. That\u2062 any of those individuals retained security\u200c clearances adds\u200b to the\u200b scandal, as \u2063does\u2062 the \u2063role of the \u2062Biden campaign and the involvement of at least one \u2062CIA employee in soliciting signatories \u2063for the statement.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>Intel Agencies\u2019\u2062 Failure to Protect America Against Foreign\u200d Influence<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Not only did intelligence agencies interfere in the 2020 election, \u200bbut in their efforts \u2064to protect Joe Biden,\u200b they \u2064likely also failed to provide necessary defensive \u200dbriefings, putting Americans at risk.<\/p>\n<p>To protect our country, \u200bintelligence officials must have frank discussions with leaders (and candidates) about \u2062the risks of foreign malign influence. Given how\u200d hard the FBI and intelligence agencies tried to bury the\u200c news of the laptop, it seems likely they omitted any reference to the laptop\u2063 and\u2064 details contained on it in \u200cbriefings to \u2063then-President Trump, then-candidate Biden, and the Biden campaign.<\/p>\n<p>To date, this scandal has \u200dbeen overlooked and merits further\u2062 inquiry to determine whether the intelligence \u2064apparatus fulfilled its duty to the country or omitted inconvenient facts in briefings to protect Joe Biden. Of particular concern is \u2062whether intelligence agencies assessed and warned about the risk that\u2063 the Russians had stolen a second Hunter Biden laptop that contain materials the\u200d Biden son believed rendered\u200c him \u200csusceptible to blackmail.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. <strong>DOJ and\u2063 FBI\u2019s\u2062 Handling of Biden Investigations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When it comes\u200c to how the DOJ and FBI\u200b handled investigations into Biden\u2062 family corruption, \u200dthe evidence of \u2063potential misconduct is overwhelming.<\/p>\n<p>Broadly, this \u2063scandal\u200d includes conflicts of interest between Biden-appointed \u2064U.S. attorneys\u2062 \u2014 including the\u200c Pennsylvania U.S. attorney handling an investigation into the Jim Biden-connected company Americorp, and\u200b the California and D.C. \u200cU.S. attorneys who reportedly refused \u200dto bring\u200b felony charges \u2062against Hunter Biden. Likewise, Attorney General Merrick Garland\u2019s \u2062conflict of interest \u2063proves scandalous given \u2062the numerous efforts by the \u2063DOJ and \u200bFBI headquarters to interfere \u2064in the investigations.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond conflicts of interest, the IRS whistleblowers and another\u2064 whistleblower who\u2019s provided information to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, \u200dhave revealed numerous instances \u200dof DOJ and FBI procedural violations, the burying of evidence \u200bsuch as the FD-1023, the false labeling of derogatory \u2064evidence \u2064as disinformation, and limits on the investigative steps agents \u200bcould take. Consequently, the DOJ charged Hunter\u200d Biden \u2063only with misdemeanors and one firearm felony \u2063that could be dropped,\u2063 and to date it \u2063appears no investigation has occurred into\u2062 Joe Biden or\u200d his brother, Jim\u200d Biden, on allegations \u2063of \u200cbribery and\u200d money laundering.<\/p>\n<p>While Democrats counter the growing evidence of corruption\u200d by wrongly claiming it\u2063 has\u2064 not been corroborated, that fact does not \u200dvindicate the\u200b Bidens: It implicates the DOJ and FBI in a separate scandal.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cover-Ups of the Cover-Ups<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.\u2062 <strong>DOJ and FBI\u2019s\u200d Cover-Up\u200c of Failure to \u2063Investigate Bidens<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Once\u200b whistleblowers \u200bbegan \u200dexposing the\u2063 Biden \u2063administration\u2019s interference in the family\u2019s pay-to-play\u200c investigation,\u200d the DOJ and FBI began to \u2064cover-up \u200dthe cover-up. We saw this most clearly when Garland professed \u200cthat there \u200cwas no political interference\u2063 in \u2064U.S. Attorney David \u200bWeiss\u2019s investigation into Hunter Biden. Garland stressed that, as a\u200d Trump holdover,\u200b Americans could trust Weiss\u2019s independence.<\/p>\n<p>Garland\u2019s testimony cannot be squared with the extensive interference coming from FBI headquarters and the limitations the DOJ placed \u2063on investigative \u2064techniques. When Grassley pushed on the point, Garland\u200c maintained that Weiss had\u2063 ultimate charging authority. According \u2064to an IRS whistleblower, however, \u2063Weiss said otherwise, claiming he \u200bwasn\u2019t\u2063 the ultimate decision-maker.<\/p>\n<p>Here, \u2062the cover-up of the cover-up began \u200din earnest, with\u200c Garland and Weiss writing a series of\u2063 letters and making public statements that attempted \u2064to obscure the \u2063ultimate question of whether Weiss had ultimate authority to charge\u2063 Hunter Biden\u2062 and\u2062 whether DOJ or FBI headquarters interfered\u2062 in the investigation. This scandal has yet\u2062 to be unraveled. But on \u2062Monday, the\u200b DOJ sent a letter to\u200b the House Judiciary Committee \u200coffering up Weiss to \u2062testify \u2014 indicating \u2063Biden\u2019s Justice Department might be\u2063 preparing to throw Weiss under the bus.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. <strong>Democrats Lying to Protect Joe Biden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Many Democrats are also wrapped up in \u200blying to protect Joe Biden. Some of these lies predate the election when\u2064 they\u2062 spun the laptop as Russian disinformation. But more \u2062recently, we \u2063saw Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin lying to\u2062 the \u2062American public about the FD-1023 form. Had\u2062 former \u2064Attorney General William Barr not gone \u200don the record\u200b to correct Raskin\u2019s falsehood, the public\u200d would have been\u2063 none the wiser.<\/p>\n<p>Seeking\u200c to protect Joe Biden from damning bribery claims, Raskin falsely claimed that Trump\u2063 appointees\u2062 Barr and U.S. Attorney\u200d Scott Brady\u2062 had reviewed the \u2064CHS\u2019s reporting contained in a June \u20632020 \u2062FD-1023 form and closed\u2062 out the investigation. \u2064Raskin\u2064 also \u200bportrayed the CHS\u2019s \u200creporting as \u200dconnected to Rudy Giuliani.<\/p>\n<p>But as The Federalist first reported, \u2063Barr unequivocally\u200b said \u2063that Raskin\u2019s claim\u200b was \u201cnot true.\u201d \u200cThe investigation into the FD-1023 \u201cwasn\u2019t closed down.\u201d \u201cOn \u200dthe contrary,\u201d Barr \u200bstressed, \u201cit\u2064 was sent to \u200bDelaware for \u2062further\u200d investigation.\u201d Likewise, Barr \u200dexplained\u200d the CHS\u2019s reporting was unrelated to\u200d Giuliani.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.\u2063 <strong>Press \u2064Acting as Biden-Run Media<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When the Post broke the laptop story, the\u200c legacy media either \u200dsilenced it or framed\u200b it as Russian disinformation. Even two years later, after belatedly authenticating the material recovered \u2063from Hunter Biden\u2019s computer, the corporate media refused to\u200b cover \u2063the implications \u2014 that the emails, documents, and texts indicated Joe Biden was involved in a massive corruption scandal. The\u2062 corrupt press still refuses to cover the news fairly, opting instead to brand the evidence as \u200ca conspiracy theory.<\/p>\n<p>The media\u2019s \u200drefusal to \u200dseek and report the truth\u2063 proves the most dire of all \u2063the scandals because without a \u200bfree press checking government corruption, the corruption will\u200d only grow.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>personal life.
