The brief urges the court to consider whistleblower allegations from\u200b IRS agents, \u200dwho claim that the criminal case against Biden has been \u2063deliberately\u2064 delayed, \u2064preventing more \u200cserious\u2064 charges from being brought against him.<\/p>\n<p>Biden&#8217;s lawyers have claimed that the clerk removed documents from Smith&#8217;s legal team \u2063from the docket without their involvement.
