Bruner went so far to say Archer\u2019s expected testimony could be a \u200bdagger to the Biden Administration.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cI just don\u2019t see how [Joe Biden] gets through to this with or without Archer\u2019s testimony,\u201d\u200d Bruner told One America News. \u201cBut with Archer\u2019s testimony, this could be big.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Archer is scheduled to sit down for\u200c a transcribed interview \u2064with the House Oversight Committee Monday, July 31. Archer is\u2064 a business associate of Hunter Biden and has been labeled as\u2063 the First \u2063Son\u2019s best friend.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cHe is \u200bthe central figure to virtually every single Biden pay to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-flees-podium-without-answering-questions-after-delivering-remarks-in-delaware-video\/\" title=\"Biden Flees Podium without Answering Questions After Delivering Remarks in Delaware (VIDEO)\">play scheme<\/a> from Ukraine to China,\u201d Bruner said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And for that very reason, Bruner claims that Biden world is in panic mode.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cI know \u2062that the\u200c Bidens have to be sweating, wondering what Devin Archer might say on [July 31],\u201d said \u2064Bruner.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Archer\u2063 was a board member of Burisma Oil with Hunter Biden, but before that, he was roommates with Christopher\u200c Heinz, the step-son of climate czar \u2062John Kerry.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIn\u2064 2009, Devon Archer, his friend Chris Heinz and Hunter Biden get together, and they set up this entity called Rosemont Seneca Partners,\u201d Bruner explained. \u201cAnd out of Rosemont Seneca Partners\u200d comes all of these offshoot entities,\u200c Rosemont, Seneca Technology Partners, Rosemont Seneca Bohai, that\u2019s the thing that \u2064partners with the Bohai Harvest\u200d private equity deal, the\u2064 billion\u2062 and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-bidens-have-to-be-sweating-devon-archers-testimony-puts-joe-biden-on-the-hot-seat\/\" title=\"Devon Archer's testimony puts Joe Biden in a tight spot.\">half dollar private equity deal<\/a> in China,\u201d Bruner said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce [Hunter Biden and Devon Archer] got put on\u2062 the board of Barisma, Devon\u2062 Archer meets with State Department officials,\u201d\u2063 Bruner continued. \u201cHe\u2064 goes to \u200bthe White House. He meets with Joe Biden, completely blowing up the lie that Joe Biden says he never met with Hunter\u2019s Business \u200bAssociates. There\u2019s that famous photo of Devon Archer, Hunter,\u200d and Joe Biden playing golf right\u200c in the time period where the Ukrainians are sending lots of money to the Bidens.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Archer\u2019s testimony comes after the public release\u200d of the FD-1023 \u2064document\u2064 where\u200b a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/13-reasons-joe-biden-isnt-the-ethical-president-time-magazine-claims\/\" title=\"13 Reasons Joe Biden Isn't the 'Ethical' President as Time Magazine Claims\">confidential human source alleges<\/a> then-VP Joe Biden forced Burisma executive Mykola Zlochevsky to pay both him and hunter $5 million each to \u200coust Prosecutor General Viktor\u2063 Shokin \u2013 who was investigating Burisma at \u2063the time.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cDevin Archer can say with definitive proof that Joe Biden\u200d was on the phone,\u201d Bruner said. \u201c[Joe Biden] was talking to these \u2063business guys. He was promising them\u200d what they \u200blike in the \u200bcase \u200bof \u2063Zlochevsky, saying that he can help make \u200cthe legal troubles go away for these corrupt oligarchs and taking \u2064money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHere\u2019s the thing,\u201d Bruner continued. \u201cIf\u2064 Joe Biden received any \u200dmoney for policy\u200b decisions, that \u2063is bribery, and that is one of the very few offenses listed in \u2064the Constitution as an impeachable offense.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Archer was convicted in 2018\u200c in \u2062connection with\u2063 a fraudulent bond scheme designed to swindle a Native American tribe.
