He also managed the late Beau Biden&#8217;s campaign for Delaware Attorney General. Later,\u2062 he became deputy legal counsel to Vice President \u2062Joe\u2063 Biden and was part of the Biden-Harris transition team in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Mackler had regular \u2062correspondence\u200c with\u200d Hunter Biden\u200d and \u200dother <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fncs-carlson-if-youre-looking-for-election-rigging-look-no-further-than-media-treatment-of-hunter-biden-saga\/\" title=\"FNC's Carlson: 'If You're Looking for Election Rigging, Look No Further' Than Media Treatment of Hunter Biden Saga\">business associates<\/a>. Several emails to and\u200d from Mackler were discovered on Hunter Biden&#8217;s infamous laptop. One email, sent on August 22, 2016, informed\u2063 Hunter Biden and business partner Eric Schwerin about the email retention policy at \u2063the U.S. Attorney&#8217;s \u200boffice.\u2064 Schwerin&#8217;s response suggested that it\u200c would \u200dbe their last communication.<\/p>\n<p>Another email from Mackler, \u2064sent on August 31, 2016, \u2064hinted that the Biden\u2062 family could continue to profit from Joe Biden&#8217;s political service even after he \u200dleft office.
