The DOJ has offered Weiss two potential dates for his public testimony: September 27-28 or October 18-19. This comes after federal prosecutors struck a controversial plea agreement\u2063 with the president&#8217;s son, \u2064Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ&#8217;s letter to the\u2064 House Judiciary Committee states, &#8220;U.S.\u200b Attorney Weiss is the appropriate person to \u2064speak to these issues, as he is both the\u200b senior Department official responsible for the investigation\u2064 as well as the person with direct knowledge of the facts necessary to respond to the\u2063 assertions in\u2063 which you have expressed interest.&#8221; It seems \u200blike \u200cthe DOJ is preparing to throw Weiss under \u2064the bus for the Biden-protection racket.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the \u2064House \u200cOversight Committee has finalized plans to \u2063hear from former Hunter Biden business partner\u2064 Devon Archer, who is expected to testify about Hunter Biden&#8217;s alleged meetings and phone calls with his then-vice president father, \u2062Joe Biden. The plot\u2062 thickens.<\/p>\n<p>Questions surround Weiss&#8217;s ability\u200d to press charges recommended by federal investigators, especially since the letter \u200dfrom the Justice Department was signed by \u200da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-anti-asian-institutions-hold-sway-in-biden-white-house\/\" title=\"REPORT: Anti-Asian Institutions Hold Sway in Biden White House\">mid-level staffer<\/a>, not Attorney General\u200b Merrick Garland \u200dor his deputy.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, whistleblower Gary Shapley, one of two veteran agents at the Internal Revenue \u200cService (IRS), claimed that Weiss \u2063was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/weiss-letter-undermines-facade-of-independent-hunter-biden-investigation\/\" title=\"Weiss Letter exposes lack of independence in Hunter Biden investigation.\">denied special counsel authority<\/a> to investigate the first family. Shapley&#8217;s \u2063testimony has raised concerns about the integrity of the Hunter Biden\u200d tax probe.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s \u200dclear that there&#8217;s more to this story. Hunter Biden&#8217;s plea deal with federal prosecutors, led by\u200d Weiss, has been limited \u200cto two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/presidents-son-gets-sweetheart-deal-from-feds-on-gun-tax-charges\/\" title=\"President\u2019s Son Gets Sweetheart Deal From Feds on Gun, Tax Charges\">misdemeanor tax crimes<\/a> \u200dand one charge of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-bidens-charges-are-nothing-but-a-diversion\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's charges are merely a distraction.\">felony firearm possession<\/a>. The latter\u2064 charge will\u200b be forgiven after 24 months of sobriety, but this agreement could be in jeopardy if the mysterious cocaine found in the White House is linked to Hunter.\u200c The IRS agents who testified alongside Shapley\u200d believe that a special counsel is necessary for this investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Significant felony charges have been left off the table, in violation of\u2063 department policy. Whistleblowers have also revealed that federal \u2064tax investigators \u2064were kept in the dark about evidence of a $10 \u2064million\u200b bribery scheme involving \u2063the president and \u2062his \u2062son.<\/p>\n<p>House Judiciary\u2062 Committee Chairman Jim Jordan has \u2064called on \u2063Garland to allow nearly a dozen DOJ officials to testify about the whistleblower allegations.
