The evidence of President Joe Biden\u2019s corruption during his time as\u2063 vice president is now so overwhelming and the implications so serious that the current \u2062investigations in the House and Senate are no longer enough. \u200dThe Department of Justice and the FBI, even with a \u2064special \u2064counsel, cannot be trusted to oversee the investigation given their\u200b obstruction of the Biden family \u200dprobe.<\/p>\n<p>There is only one option left to\u2062 deliver truth and transparency\u2063 to the \u2064American public: an impeachment inquiry. This inquiry \u2064should investigate not just President Joe Biden, but also Attorney General Merrick Garland,\u2062 U.S. Attorney\u2063 David Weiss, and FBI Director \u200dChristopher Wray.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>That is not to suggest articles of impeachment will necessarily result for any of the individuals; rather, the investigation may reveal no misconduct or at least none meriting impeachment. But following last week\u2019s revelations \u2014\u200d and more explosive details revealed over the last few days \u2014 the evidence now is \u2063just \u2062too weighty to stay on the\u2064 current investigative path. Evidence is spattering out\u2064 from different House committees \u200dand the offices of various members of Congress, while the DOJ \u200cand FBI withhold evidence and issue vague and misleading statements.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>A belated appointment of a special counsel is untenable because, beyond interfering with congressional oversight and delaying\u2063 a transparent accounting to the\u200d American people, the necessary \u2063investigation includes both the DOJ and FBI, the heads of both agencies, and, at minimum, one U.S. attorney. Thus the attorney general\u2019s\u2063 control over any special counsel appointment creates an untenable conflict of interest.<\/p>\n<h2>Overwhelming Evidence<\/h2>\n<p>Over the last week, our\u200c country has learned not only that a\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/only-an-impeachment-inquiry-can-unravel-biden-family-corruption-and-the-feds-role\/\" title=\"Impeachment inquiry needed to uncover Biden family corruption and federal involvement.\">highly credible \u200dconfidential human source<\/a>\u2064 (CHS) had reported that then-Vice President Biden was involved in a $10 \u2064million bribery scheme to protect Burisma, but that\u2064 portions \u200cof the CHS\u2019s reporting had been corroborated, including by the CHS\u2019s handler. The FD-1023 summary of \u2063the CHS\u2019s reporting, released by Sen. Chuck \u200dGrassley,\u2062 R-Iowa, last Wednesday, also confirms that \u200cBurisma\u2019s founder, Mykola Zlochevsky, expressly referenced the \u200dfiring of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin in \u2063his discussions of the bribe paid to Joe Biden.\u200b That detail is huge because Biden had previously bragged that he prompted Ukraine to fire Shokin by threatening to withhold U.S. aid.<\/p>\n<p>Then just yesterday, news broke that Hunter Biden\u2019s former business partner \u200dand fellow Burisma board member, Devon Archer, was prepared to testify before the House that Hunter Biden put his father on the \u2063phone with\u200c business \u200dassociates at least two dozen times while Joe Biden was vice president.<\/p>\n<h2>Compromised DOJ and FBI<\/h2>\n<p>The entirety of the facts simultaneously establish the DOJ and FBI cannot lead the\u200d investigation into the Biden family\u2019s corruption.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the two IRS whistleblowers revealed \u200dthat \u200dnot only did the DOJ and FBI prevent them from learning about the FD-1023, but portions of the material on Hunter Biden\u2019s \u200blaptop \u200cwere kept from the whistleblowers. One whistleblower\u200c further suggested\u2062 the details summarized in the FD-1023 \u2062corroborated other evidence the IRS special agents had gathered during\u2064 their investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Americans also learned that the Delaware U.S.\u2063 attorney\u2019s office and FBI\u2063 headquarters prevented the IRS agents \u200dfrom following any investigative\u2064 leads that might implicate Joe Biden. The agents were also barred from interviewing\u2063 relevant witnesses, executing relevant search warrants, and\u2062 asking any questions\u2062 about Joe\u2063 Biden,\u2062 or even\u2063 inquiring on \u201cDad\u201d or the \u201cBig Guy.\u201d Further, a different\u2063 whistleblower has claimed FBI headquarters falsely branded incriminating evidence about the Biden family \u200das \u201cdisinformation\u201d and otherwise interfered in the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Evidence also indicates Garland lied \u2064to Congress when he testified that U.S. Attorney Weiss had the\u2063 authority to bring charges against Hunter Biden\u200b in districts \u200doutside of Delaware, and Weiss \u2062has misled Congress about the authority he had \u200dand whether he was prevented from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/saudi-uae-investors-plan-to-invest-in-spacex-the-information\/\" title=\"Saudi, UAE investors plan to invest in SpaceX \u2013 The Information\">pursuing felony charges<\/a> against\u2064 Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, last \u200cweek the House revealed that after the New York Post broke the story about Biden family corruption evidence recovered from\u200c Hunter\u2019s abandoned\u2062 laptop, an FBI agent confirmed to Twitter that the laptop was real. However, when Facebook later asked the FBI\u2062 whether the \u200dlaptop was real \u2063or misinformation, the FBI inexplicably replied, \u201cNo comment.\u201d These facts further \u200dimplicate the FBI in efforts to protect Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2063overwhelming evidence now makes \u200cit \u2063impossible to trust the DOJ \u200dand FBI to handle \u2062any investigation into the Biden family or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/leaked-email-alleges-arizona-gov-elect-katie-hobbs-twitter-employees-colluded-to-censor-election-related-misinformation\/\" title=\"Leaked Email Alleges Arizona Gov-Elect Katie Hobbs, Twitter Employees Colluded To Censor \u2018Election Related Misinformation\u2019\">government officials involved<\/a> in protecting the Biden family. Only a broad impeachment inquiry of Joe\u2064 Biden, the DOJ, the FBI, and top officials will suffice.<\/p>\n<h2>Ducks in a Row<\/h2>\n<p>An impeachment inquiry will also allow Congress to undertake a cohesive and coordinated investigation, coalescing evidence and resources from the House Judiciary Committee, Weaponization Subcommittee, Oversight Committee, and Ways and Means Committee. The House Ways and \u200bMeans Committee should further authorize those handling the impeachment inquiry to\u200b receive confidential taxpayer information so the whistleblowers\u200d can discuss freely with\u200c investigators what they discovered \u2014 or were prevented from discovering.<\/p>\n<p>Republican senators will need to cooperate in the\u2062 impeachment investigation too, by providing evidence and witnesses accumulated over the last \u200dseveral years to the House, except for the whistleblowers\u2019 identity \u200cand any evidence for which\u2064 they have demanded \u2063confidentiality.<\/p>\n<p>Grassley and Sen. Ron Johnson, \u2062R-Wis., \u200bhave uncovered many important details, but to the extent that information came with\u200b a promise to\u2062 the whistleblowers, those promises must be \u200chonored. Hopefully, though, Grassley\u2019s whistleblowers \u200dwill agree to go public, just as Joseph Ziegler has, forgoing his privacy and making himself\u2063 a target for retaliation.<\/p>\n<p>Another benefit of an impeachment \u2063inquiry is \u2064it \u200bwill\u2063 provide Biden and others an opportunity to present \u200ca defense. Let those conducting the impeachment inquiry hear from Lev Parnas, the \u200bformer Ukrainian businessman\u2063 who wrote a letter to the House Oversight Committee last year arguing it should \u2064end its probe into the Biden family, saying there is \u201cno evidence\u201d Joe or\u2064 Hunter Biden interfered in Ukrainian politics. Parnas, who had reportedly worked to help Rudy Giuliani gather derogatory evidence on Joe Biden in the run-up to the 2020 election, may have exculpatory evidence \u2014 or \u200che may not. Either way, the House should consider Parnas\u2019 evidence.<\/p>\n<p>But what the House \u200cshould \u2063not do is continue to drag out this investigation. The evidence \u200dis too damning for our president and the DOJ and FBI.
