Ashley Hinson (R-Iowa)\u2063 is currently leading a package of legislation which would\u200d act as a \u201cdoubleheader\u201d to legislation introduced earlier in the year by Senator\u2064 Marco Rubio (R-Fla.).<\/p>\n<p>In order to account for the unborn, the legislation states that the Child Tax Credit will be given\u2063 to individuals for the taxable year preceding the year that the child is \u200dborn alive.
