Advocates and experts should\u2063 encourage\u2062 President Biden to take decisive action.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Conservative judges, including Justice Brett Kavanaugh,\u2064 have pushed back against the notion that the court is driven by a conservative supermajority. They argue that many decisions are \u2064unanimous or have various lineups, not strictly along ideological lines.<\/p>\n<p>During \u200bthe 2022-2023 term, more than 50% of the cases decided were unanimous, with only five \u200bcases resulting in split decisions along ideological lines.
