Significantly, in\u2064 briefing the \u2062Delaware U.S.\u200c attorney \u2063on the results of their office\u2019s screening\u200d of\u200b evidence related\u2064 to Ukraine, the Pittsburgh FBI agents told the\u200d Delaware office they had corroborated multiple facts included in the FD-1023, an individual with\u2064 knowledge of the briefing told The \u200bFederalist.<\/p>\n<p>Following the late \u200bJune 2020 interview with the CHS, the Pittsburgh FBI office obtained travel records for the\u2062 CHS, and those records confirmed the CHS\u2064 had traveled to the locales detailed \u2062in the FD-1023 during the relevant \u2062time period. The trips included a\u2062 late 2015 or\u200d early 2016 \u200dvisit to Kiev, Ukraine; \u200ba trip a \u200ccouple \u2063of months later\u2063 to Vienna, Austria; and travel \u200bto London in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>As \u2063The Federalist previously <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/10\/grassley-probes-weiss-deputys-role-in-obstructing-biden-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, during \u2062their \u200dbriefing of the Delaware U.S.\u200b attorney\u2019s office, the Pittsburgh FBI\u2063 agents said the\u2062 FD-1023 bore indicia of credibility\u200c and\u200c that it merited further investigation. The person familiar with that briefing \u200dnow confirms the agents\u2063 also informed the Delaware office that the Pittsburgh\u200b FBI \u2063had corroborated the CHS\u2019s presence in the various cities at the times claimed.<\/p>\n<div id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ccc6f87e14e7840d4bb36ea00c8ff8ed\" class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ccc6f87e14e7840d4bb36ea00c8ff8ed fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\"><\/div>\n<p>Significantly, the Pittsburgh office briefed the Delaware office on that piece of corroborating evidence that came from the CHS\u2019s handler.<\/p>\n<p>Open-source reporting of Burisma\u2019s purchase of an \u2063interest \u200din a North American oil and <a title=\"FBI informed Delaware U.S. Attorney of partial corroboration for Biden bribery claims, source reveals.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fbi-told-delaware-u-s-attorney-it-had-already-partially-corroborated-biden-bribery-claims-source-says\/\">gas company likewise lined<\/a>\u200d up\u200b with the discussions \u200cthe CHS relayed to the FBI, \u2064as summarized in the FD-1023,\u200b the \u2063individual familiar\u200c with the briefing told The Federalist.<\/p>\n<p>That the \u2063Pittsburgh FBI \u2064office not only\u200c provided the Delaware office with a \u2063summary of the damning FD-1023 and its conclusion \u2064that it bore indicia of credibility but \u200balso identified several pieces of corroborating evidence is\u2064 huge because, to date, it appears\u200b the Delaware office\u200c did nothing to investigate\u2062 the allegations contained in the FD-1023.<\/p>\n<p>As\u200d Barr previously made clear, the role\u200b of the Pittsburgh office was\u2064 limited to \u2063providing\u200b a \u201cclearing-house function\u201d\u2063 for information related to \u2063Ukraine to weed out \u201cany\u200d potential disinformation.\u201d The purpose of the intake process, Barr\u200d stressed, was to \u201ccheck[] \u2062 out the source and credibility of evidence \u2062before\u200b assigning it to one of the ongoing investigations already pending in\u200b the Department,\u201d such \u2062as the Delaware investigation into Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n<div id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-325f2021933b88b55f2c7e06d2d37d25\" class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-325f2021933b88b55f2c7e06d2d37d25 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\"><\/div>\n<p>As such, the\u2063 Pittsburgh\u2063 office lacked \u2062the authority to subpoena witnesses\u200d or\u200b records or to \u200buse grand jury\u200d proceedings to further corroborate the FD-1023. \u200dThat responsibility \u2062fell with the Delaware office.<\/p>\n<p>But not\u200c only did the Delaware \u2062office apparently ignore the allegations contained in the\u200c FD-1023, as well as the \u2063corroborating\u2062 evidence \u2064already allegedly accumulated by the Pittsburgh FBI office, but \u2062U.S. Attorney David\u200b Weiss\u2019s office allegedly secreted the very existence \u2063of the FD-1023 from the whistleblowers. Both IRS whistleblowers testified last week that they did not even learn of the existence of\u2062 the \u2064FD-1023 until Barr publicly confirmed \u200bhe had sent the information to\u2062 Delaware for further investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Delaware Assistant U.S. \u200bAttorney Lesley Wolf \u2063also excluded the IRS agents working the Hunter \u2063Biden investigation from the meeting at which the Pittsburgh FBI agents briefed \u2064the office on the \u2064FD-1023 \u2062and \u200cthe \u2063corroborating evidence they had already uncovered. The IRS whistleblowers further testified that\u200c portions of Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop were withheld from them and they were explicitly prohibited\u200b from taking\u200b any \u2062investigative steps connected to Joe \u200dBiden \u2062\u2014\u2062 or \u2064questioning anyone by using Joe Biden\u2019s name, \u201cDad,\u201d \u2064or \u201cthe Big Guy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Under these\u200c circumstances,\u200d even if the Delaware U.S. attorney\u2019s office comes forward now to\u2062 say it did investigate the FD-1023, its belated claim would \u2063be meaningless because the individuals with the knowledge and skill necessary to investigate a complex, international\u200d money \u2064laundering, bribery, and <a title=\"President Trump: N.Y. charges are a political witch hunt by radical Dems\" href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/president-trump-n-y-charges-are-a-political-witch-hunt-by-radical-dems\/\">tax fraud scheme<\/a> were cut out of the process and \u2062barred from interviewing the necessary witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200bDelaware office remains mum,\u200d however, not\u2062 even pretending to have investigated the\u200b FD-1023\u2019s allegations. That failure is even more scandalous now that we know Pittsburgh had\u200b already corroborated several\u200c aspects of the CHS\u2019s reporting and briefed Weiss\u2019s \u200boffice on the corroborating evidence.<\/p>\n<p>Yet the Biden White House <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2023\/07\/20\/hunter-biden-burisma-ukraine-congress-grassley\/00718666-2749-11ee-9201-826e5bb78fa1_story.html\">continues<\/a> to falsely claim \u200cthe FD-1023 charges \u201chave been debunked for years.\u201d On the contrary, the \u200bonly\u2064 thing debunked to date has been the \u200clies of Biden\u2019s Democrat apologists, such as Ranking Member of the House Oversight\u2062 Committee Jamie Raskin, who \u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/12\/democrats-doubling-down-on-biden-bribery-lies-suggests-theyre-prepping-for-the-next-leak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">doubled down<\/a> on his <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/07\/exclusive-bill-barr-confirms-rep-jamie-raskin-lied-about-biden-family-corruption-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claim<\/a> that \u200cBarr had found \u200cthe FD-1023\u200d not credible \u200band not meriting further investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Americans \u200bnow\u2064 know not \u2062only that \u200dRaskin and his Democrat colleagues \u2062lied, \u200dbut that President Joe Biden \u2063lied \u2014\u200b both when he said he knew\u2062 nothing of his\u200c son\u2019s business ventures and in claiming\u2064 now that the FD-1023 \u200dhas\u200d been debunked.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Pittsburgh FBI office informed the Delaware U.S. attorney&#8217;s office about evidence linking Hunter and Joe Biden to a bribery scheme.
