Kobe had\u2064 castration surgery at\u2062 the age \u2063of 19 and described himself as being a \u201cpatient for life\u201d because \u2063of gender-affirming care.<\/p>\n<p>Kobe\u200c filled out every box needed to\u200b fill\u200d the role of a\u2063 so-called \u2064\u201ctrans-adolescent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The young man\u200d was always\u2063 \u201ceffeminate,\u201d according to the\u200d Fox report, and he loved the color pink as well as \u200bplaying with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/warning-barbie-not-harmless-nostalgia-agenda-runs-hate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barbies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kobe said that if he was never exposed to gender\u200c ideology, he\u2019d \u200bsimply have \u201cstayed as a feminine boy,\u201d as reported by Fox.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI \u200bfelt\u2062 unlovable as an effeminate man in society and everything. A\u2062 feminine boy, actually. I \u2064was \u2064never a man, I\u2019m trying to \u2064reclaim\u200c my manhood now and everything. It\u2019s hard. I have \u200cbreasts, I have the \u2063hip development\u2063 of \u2064a woman because I\u2064 started the estrogen young. I have no gonads. You know, it\u2019s\u2064 hard. My\u2063 skull never really masculinized,\u201d Kobe said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The interview is \u2064below:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Watch the latest video at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\">foxnews.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Kobe has now \u2063looked back at\u2062 his decisions to \u201ctransition,\u201d and has regretted every \u200cdecision made during that time.<\/p>\n<p>He spoke\u200c out against the medical procedures he underwent, calling them an example of \u201cself-harm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kobe said \u200bthe \u200dprocedures were a way \u200bfor him to escape his \u201cinternalized\u200c homophobia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI mean, I saw it as a way out of my homosexuality if that makes any \u200bsense,\u201d the young man said.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2062 Kobe did not realize was that the decision he would make would \u2063last with him forever.<\/p>\n<p>The truth eventually kicked in for the young man.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was like, \u2018Oh, wow, this is so great. \u200dI\u2019m locked in \u2064my transition\u2026 But then\u200b everything started to \u200dcrack and I couldn\u2019t ignore\u200b the complications,\u201d he said. \u201cI couldn\u2019t ignore that I mutilated myself pretty much with the permission of a psychiatrist. It\u2019s insane now, looking back. It\u2019s just self-harm, you know.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd I said, \u2018Oh, you \u200ccan do this.\u2019 You know, I don\u2019t have to be a \u2062gay guy. I don\u2019t \u2064have to be an embarrassment. And all this horrible stuff that \u200bI thought about my homosexuality, and it was like \u2062a light bulb. It \u2062was like, \u2018this is a way out,\u2019\u201d he said. \u201cI thought it was,\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kobe said that \u2063he told \u2062his parents he was \u201ctransgender\u201d \u2063when\u2062 he was 11 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Although Kobe refrained \u200cfrom using the word \u201cgroom,\u201d he said\u2063 he \u2064was \u201ctaught\u201d to use so-called \u201csuicide tactics\u201d when \u200btrying to\u2063 persuade\u2062 his parents to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/detransitioned-young-man-who-is-patient-for-life-after-castration-warns-about-gender-affirming-care\/\" title=\"Formerly transitioned man cautions against \"gender-affirming care\" after life-altering castration.\">receive \u201cgender-transitioning surgeries<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI \u200dstarted using, like, \u2018the suicide \u2062tactics,\u2019 because that\u2019s what they are. That\u2019s what \u200bthey tell\u2062 us all to do \u2026 I don\u2019t want to use the\u200c word \u2018groom,\u2019 but\u200b we \u2064are, like, taught. I guess\u200b the older trans people teach\u200d us to say that stuff\u200d to get the health care and everything,\u201d\u200c he said.<\/p>\n<p>At\u2062 the age of 13, Kobe was already \u2062on puberty blockers, \u2063and by the time\u2063 he was 19, he\u200c obtained castration surgery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI \u2063was expecting it to help me help \u200dmy mental health, and it didn\u2019t do anything. I was \u200dpsychotic \u200dat some point. A lot of men that I know who went through this hormone replacement therapy, it\u2019s the exact same thing for them. \u2063Estrogen just makes\u200b them snap,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He also \u200dsaid how his \u201cdoctors\u201d would constantly praise the idea of sex-reassignment surgery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe plan was always estrogen and then SRS (sex-reassignment \u2063surgery),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>As the name indicates, <a href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/treatments\/21526-gender-affirmation-confirmation-or-sex-reassignment-surgery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SRS<\/a> refers to medical interventions that help individuals \u201ctransition\u201d\u2062 into the gender they \u201cidentify\u201d as.<\/p>\n<p>Kobe later expressed regret over his decision\u2064 to transition.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2062 letter that\u200c gave\u200d surgeons the green light for sex-reassignment \u2064surgery \u201csaid \u2062hormone \u200creplacement therapy was successful for \u200bhim, and that Kobe was happier and mentally\u200b stable,\u201d according \u200dto Fox.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNone\u200d of it was \u200btrue. \u2062I wasn\u2019t mentally stable. It was dissociating, it was\u200b terrible. As a result, Kobe will\u2062 have \u2064to take testosterone for the rest of his \u200clife.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHonestly, I feel alive again,\u201d \u2063he said \u200cabout being on testosterone. \u201cI feel energetic. I \u200cfeel confident. I just,\u2064 I feel great. I\u2019m a pretty compassionate person. I \u2063do\u200b care about kids that are suffering with gender dysphoria and everything. And I think\u200b that \u2062they deserve help.
