Meanwhile, photographers were across the street \u2062waiting\u200d to \u200drecord what went on inside \u2014 or in \u2062this case, <em>outside<\/em> \u2014\u200d the house. (Or, as the liberal media likes to\u200d put it, \u201cRepublicans\u200c pounce!\u201c)<\/p>\n<p>The \u2063Daily Mail noted that the pictures \u201ccould bring unwanted flashbacks\u2064 for the\u200d First Son, who photographed and videoed \u200chimself using copious amounts of drugs including crack cocaine on weeks-long benders for years, material from\u2063 his abandoned laptop\u200d shows.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne \u2064of the criminal charges against Hunter is lying on a\u200b 2018 federal gun\u200b form that he was not an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/team-biden-says-the-hunter-story-is-ending-but-his-2024-rivals-say-otherwise\/\" title=\"Biden's team claims the Hunter story is fading, but his 2024 opponents disagree.\">illicit drug user<\/a>, when he admitted in his memoir to being a crack addict.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">  JUST IN: Hunter Biden\u2019s lawyer Kevin \u200cMorris was just spotted ripping a BONG on the balcony of \u200dhis\u200b LA home\u2014CLEARLY visible from the road\u2014during a visit by the president\u2019s son (Daily Mail) <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/embyAg55Ms\">pic.twitter.com\/embyAg55Ms<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Nick Sortor (@nicksortor) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nicksortor\/status\/1682486734519431168?\">July 21, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It also could\u200b bring unwanted attention just \u200cweeks after \u200bcocaine was\u200d found \u200bin the White House, leading many to believe \u200bthat Hunter\u2064 might\u200c be, ahem, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-smartest-man-father-knows-says-smoked-parmesan-cheese-resembled-crack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">off\u200c the wagon again<\/a>.\u2063 The\u200c Secret Service also \u200bdisclosed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/not-just-cocaine-secret-service-reveals-another-drug-found-biden-white-house-twice-last-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">that pot was found<\/a> in the White House twice in 2022. So\u2063 not only is it \u200dthe White House, it\u2019s also\u2064 pretty <em>green<\/em> as well. Thanks, I\u2019ll\u200b be here\u200c all weekend. Try the \u200dfish.<\/p>\n<p>While marijuana is legal in Washington, D.C., \u200dit cannot be possessed legally on federal land or buildings; you don\u2019t \u2064get\u2063 more \u2063federal than the White House.\u200c Cocaine, meanwhile, isn\u2019t legal in\u2062 any state or \u2062federal territory.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also worth noting\u200b that, while \u200cmarijuana is\u200d also legal \u2064(and practically a\u2062 way of life, it seems) in California,\u200b it remains a Schedule I \u2063substance at the federal level, meaning it has no accepted medical or recreational use. (Neither\u2063 of the past two administrations \u200dhas even made the pretense of enforcing this on states and jurisdictions \u2063that have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-states-legalize-marijuana-experts-warn-kids-might-see-labels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">legalized the substance<\/a>, however.)<\/p>\n<p>And, while \u2062it \u200bmight indeed be \u2062legal, it\u2019s probably not a great\u2063 look\u200b for your attorney to be getting ripped on the \u2064same day that Republicans\u2064 on the Senate \u2062Oversight Committee released\u200b the FBI informant document which claims Burisma paid your client and\/or his\u2062 father $10 million. Hunter \u200cwas inside\u200b his \u2063home when he was smoking the bong; not only that, \u200bthe Daily Mail noted that he \u201carrived in the afternoon in a black SUV, escorted by Secret Service bodyguards and dressed in a blue shirt, jeans and aviator sunglasses favored by both him and his\u200b father.\u201d \u200cErgo, \u2062the Secret Service was \u2064there along with Hunter <em>as his attorney was likely smoking a\u200d Schedule \u200cI substance outside his home<\/em>. (By the by: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/claim-fingerprints-found-wh-cocaine-bag-despite-secret-service-report-security-sources-allege-mag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Good work, men in black<\/a>!)<\/p>\n<p>The \u200dfirst son is arguably one of the most infamous drug users in the United States \u2062simply by dint of\u2062 being the president\u2019s child. Morris is inarguably more well-acquainted with this reputation than the average person \u2014 particularly given his client\u2019s recent\u2062 plea on a gun charge related to his drug use\u2062 \u2014 which\u200c means <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/broke-hunter-biden-says-cant-pay-child-support-look-caught-bad-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter<\/a> 1) at\u200b the very\u2064 least hasn\u2019t been as\u200d assiduous\u2062 in \u201ckeep[ing] \u2026 away from people and \u200dplaces where I shouldn\u2019t be\u201d as he\u200c was in 2020, \u2064when the Times \u200binterviewed\u200c him; 2) has a lawyer who isn\u2019t looking out for what\u2019s best\u2064 for his client; or 3) both.<\/p>\n<p>And, as Joe Biden faces the biggest scandal of a presidency which has seen no shortage of them, \u200bit would be \u200dhelpful if the high-powered attorney representing a wayward son the White House\u200c loves to portray as \u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/former-dem-senator-goes-tv-breaks-defending-hunter-biden-back-off\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">having found\u2062 his way home to sobriety<\/a> could indeed \u200bstay sober \u2063in that son\u2019s presence.
