Shockingly, one\u2063 of the\u2063 clips included Frost River&#8217;s Geologist\u2063 Pack,&#8221; the complaint states.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Frost River argues that this violates the Lanham\u200b Act, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/scotus-to-hear-jack-daniels-trademark-case-against-dog-toy-company\/\" title=\"SCOTUS to Hear Jack Daniel's Trademark Case Against Dog Toy Company\">federal trademark law<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Liability under\u200c the Lanham Act \u2063for misappropriating Frost River&#8217;s\u200d products is a boulder that\u200b Lucasfilm and Filson cannot dodge,&#8221; the company asserts.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In the lawsuit, \u200bFrost River is seeking \u2064$75,000\u2062 in damages.
