Diversity\u200d officers faced a 40 \u2062percent higher turnover than human resources positions during a\u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dei-officers-are-questioning-their-career-path-as-demand-falls-report\/\" title=\"DEI officers reconsider career path as demand declines: Report\">tech world firing spree<\/a> \u2064last fall.<\/p>\n<p>DEI officials have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/actblue-fined-for-facilitating-nearly-44000-in-illegal-contributions\/\" title=\"ActBlue Fined for Facilitating Nearly ,000 in Illegal Contributions\">faced increased scrutiny<\/a> following\u200d the Supreme Court&#8217;s\u2064 ruling against the use \u200dof\u2064 race in\u200c college admissions. This \u2063ruling is\u2062 expected to have ripple \u2064effects beyond college admissions, including in the corporate world. A letter from more \u200cthan\u2062 a\u2062 dozen Republican attorneys general <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/07\/13\/gop-attorneys-general-tee-off-on-large-corporations-over-diversity-policies-00106232\">sent<\/a> \u2063earlier\u2062 this month warned companies against using racial preferences or \u2062other diversity \u2064initiatives that could <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-state-legislature-passes-fetal-heartbeat-abortion-bill\/\" title=\"Texas state legislature passes fetal heartbeat abortion bill\">face legal challenges<\/a>.
