You can&#8217;t \u2062take freedom away.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Despite the controversy surrounding the music video, Aldean\u200b is set to perform for \u200dthe victims&#8217; families and community affected by the Covenant School\u2063 shooting in Nashville.\u200b While some have called for Aldean to step\u2062 away \u2064from the benefit concert in August, Greenwood\u2063 expressed his full\u200d support for the singer.<\/p>\n<p>Greenwood also pointed out\u200c that the song&#8217;s lyrics do\u2062 not mention guns and \u2064criticized attacks on the Second \u200dAmendment \u200das unwarranted.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;When you talk \u2063about having guns and having them\u200d in your home for defense,\u2062 it&#8217;s not about an offensive weapon.
