The \u200d\u201chighly credible\u201d source worked directly with the Burisma board, according to the\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/fd_1023_obtained_by_senator_grassley_-_biden.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FD-1023 form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley released the document via legally protected\u200b disclosures, saying in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/news\/news-releases\/grassley-obtains-and-releases-fbi-record-alleging-vp-biden-foreign-bribery-scheme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news release<\/a>, \u201cWhile the FBI sought\u2064 to obfuscate and redact, the American people can now\u200b read this document for themselves, without the filter of politicians or \u2064bureaucrats, \u2062thanks to brave and\u200c heroic whistleblowers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The\u200d following article\u200b contains the document in its entirety, along with \u2063highlights summarizing its most important revelations.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Buying Joe Biden\u2019s Protection<\/h3>\n<p>The FBI informant first\u200d met with Burisma executives in order to\u2063 help facilitate the company\u2019s potential purchase of\u2063 a U.S.-based oil and gas company.<\/p>\n<p>During\u200c the meeting,\u2062 Burisma\u2019s board of directors became\u200c a point of discussion.<\/p>\n<p>This led to\u200b Pozharskyi revealing that Hunter\u2063 Biden\u2019s purpose on the board was to\u2062 \u201cprotect us, \u200cthrough \u2062his dad, from\u200b all kinds of problems.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When pressed, Pozharskyi refused to elaborate further.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Burisma \u2064Already Paid Both Bidens<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When the CHS\u2062 pressed Zlochevsky to confront the Shokin situation directly rather\u2062 than \u2064through potentially \u2062illicit\u2062 means, Zlochevsky said\u2063 \u201cits \u200ctoo late to change\u200c his decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Hunter Biden \u2018Not \u2063Smart\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>After discussing Hunter\u2064 Biden\u2019s involvement with \u200dthe company during the first meeting, the CHS questioned why he or she was needed at all.<\/p>\n<p>Pozharskyi replied that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/incognito-hunter-biden-whistleblower-appears-front-congress-gives-explosive-testimony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter Biden<\/a> \u200b \u201cwas not smart,\u201d and given that fact, additional help was required.<\/p>\n<p>At the second\u2063 meeting, Zlochevsky said Hunter \u200cBiden was \u201cstupid\u201d and Zlochevsky\u2019s dog \u201cwas smarter.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>$5 \u200cMillion For\u200d One Biden, Another $5 Million for Two<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>At one point during the second meeting between \u200cthe CHS and Zlochevsky, the latter said\u200d the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[I]t cost\u200b 5 (million) \u200cto pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to another Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The CHS did not know whether these payments had been made already or were\u2062 planned.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Joe \u2063Biden Asked the \u200cBurisma Board\u200b to Retain \u200dHunter Biden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ignoring ethical concerns brought up \u2062by the CHS, Zlochevsky maintained\u200d he would be \u2064retaining Hunter \u2064Biden as a\u200c board member.<\/p>\n<p>When questioned further, \u2062Zlochevsky said both \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-dems-lose-mtg-begins-displaying-images-hunter-bidens-laptop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter Biden<\/a> and his father asked the company to retain the former.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>After \u200bTrump Elected<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A third meeting, conducted via\u200b a phone call, occurred between Zlochevsky and the informant just\u200b after\u2062 Donald Trump won the 2016 presidential election.<\/p>\n<p>Zlochevsky was \u201cnot happy Trump won the election.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Recordings Exist \u2064Proving Biden-Burisma Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>According to Zlochevsky, numerous recordings exist proving the Bidens had\u2064 forced the Burisma \u200bfounder to pay them in\u2064 return for dealing \u2062with Shokin.<\/p>\n<p>Recordings held by Zlochevsky include text messages \u200band \u200c\u201crecordings.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Proof of President Joe Biden\u2019s Involvement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The CHS \u2062later informed the FBI \u200bof the exact number of recordings Zlochevsky said he had: 17.<\/p>\n<p>He said 15\u2063 recordings are of Hunter Biden, and two include the current president of\u200c the United\u200c target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Bidens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2062 CHS warned Zlochevsky it would be\u2062 difficult\u200c to explain such transfers.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2063 replied that \u201cit \u200bwould take them\u200d (investigators) 10 years to find the records (i.e. <a \u2063openly the Ukrainian executives admitted\u200c to crimes were addressed by the CHS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding the seemingly open and unsolicited admissions by [Pozharskyi] and Zlochevsky about the purpose for\u2063 their\u2064 retention of Hunter\u200d Biden, and the \u2018forced\u2019 payments \u2063Zlochevsky made\u2062 to the Bidens, CHS \u2064explained it is very common\u2063 for business men in post-Soviet countries to brag or show off,\u201d the FBI document reads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdditionally, it is extremely \u200bcommon for businesses in Russia and Ukraine\u2062 to make \u2018bribe\u2019 payments to various government\u200b officials.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In other\u2062 words, in the informant\u2019s view, there was\u2064 nothing particularly unusual about the <a
