Hunter Biden, despite lacking experience \u2063in the oil and gas sector, served on Burisma&#8217;s board starting in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI\u200b source \u2064described\u200d Hunter Biden as &#8220;stupid&#8221; but explained that he was kept on the board due to his father&#8217;s position as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-defector-emails-pipeline-to-obama-admin-seen-as-currency\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden Defector Emails: 'Pipeline' to Obama Admin Seen as 'Currency'\">vice president<\/a> and his involvement in Ukraine affairs during the Obama administration.<\/p>\n<p>According to the FD-1023 form, Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky admitted\u200c during \u200ca 2016 meeting in Austria \u2062that it\u200b cost $5 million to pay each Biden. These comments were made in relation to Burisma&#8217;s plans to acquire \u200dan energy company \u2064in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The document also revealed that \u2062Zlochevsky expressed dissatisfaction with President Trump&#8217;s election victory in 2017 and\u200b voiced concerns about Burisma&#8217;s connection to the Bidens. The source reported that Zlochevsky used Russian slang to describe being forced or coerced to\u2062 pay\u2063 the Bidens.<\/p>\n<p>The FD-1023 form further discussed the dismissal of Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who\u2064 was investigating Burisma for corruption before being fired. Zlochevsky initially preferred American oil and gas advisors with experience in the sector, but due to\u200b the ongoing investigation, he felt compelled to \u2063involve the Bidens.<\/p>\n<p>Senator Grassley criticized the \u200dJustice Department and FBI for withholding the document for years and questioned their motives.
