The arrest has taken a toll on the family, according to her \u2064attorney, Bob Macedonio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis is all still a whirlwind,\u201d Macedonio told Fox News. \u201cHer \u200dand her children\u2019s\u200c lives have \u2062been \u200bcompletely turned upside-down.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The suspect&#8217;s wife, who\u2062 is not suspected of any crimes, remains unnamed in accordance with The Daily Wire&#8217;s policy to deny\u2063 mass killers the notoriety they\u2062 often seek. Shortly after the\u200b suspect&#8217;s arrest, authorities went to \u200cthe family&#8217;s \u200chouse and informed them about\u2064 the arrest. They also seized their passports, computers,\u2063 phones, and iPads.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThey\u200d were home and the cops came in,\u200d and they were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-cnns-van-jones-furious-after-the-view-appearance-they-were-rude-he-was-completely-blindsided\/\" title=\"Report: CNN\u2019s Van Jones Furious After \u2018The View\u2019 Appearance: \u2018They Were Rude,\u2019 \u2018He Was Completely Blindsided\u2019\">completely blindsided<\/a>, \u200dand they\u2063 told them what was\u200b going \u2063on,\u201d Macedonio revealed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Investigators have had \u2063control of the \u200dsuspect&#8217;s home for the past week as they\u200b continue\u200d to\u2064 search for evidence. They have reportedly recovered\u200b hundreds of guns. The \u200dsuspect has pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n<h3>Arrest of the Suspect<\/h3>\n<p>The 59-year-old suspect, \u200cwho remained unidentified for more \u200dthan a decade, was arrested\u200c last week for the murder of three women whose bodies were found on Gilgo Beach \u2062in \u200bLong Island, New York, in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>All four bodies were found within days of each other. The suspect has not been charged for one of the victims&#8217; deaths, but is considered the \u2064prime suspect.<\/p>\n<p>All four women are believed to have been \u2063sex workers, \u200dand each was lured to Long Island by someone using a burner phone. After their deaths, the killer used the cell phones of two victims.<\/p>\n<h3>Investigation and Evidence<\/h3>\n<p>In January\u2064 2022, a task \u2064force was created to investigate \u200dthe cold case. They \u200cidentified a first-generation Chevrolet Avalanche\u200d that \u2062belonged to\u200d the suspect, which was seen at the scene of one of the murders.<\/p>\n<p>Further \u2063investigation revealed links between the suspect and the burner phones used to lure\u200c the victims. Taunting calls made to one victim&#8217;s sister were traced back to the suspect&#8217;s location in\u200b Midtown\u2062 Manhattan. The\u200b suspect&#8217;s wife was out of the country when the victims disappeared.<\/p>\n<p>The Suffolk County Crime \u200dLab found unidentified female hair during the investigation.
