Chuck Grassley. And why have they tried \u200cto conceal\u2063 it \u200cfrom Congress and the American\u200b people for\u2063 so\u200c long?\u200b The Justice \u2062Department and FBI have failed \u200dto come clean, but\u200b Chairman Comer and I intend\u200c to find\u2063 out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s\u200c everything we know about \u2064the \u2064Bidens\u2019 shady involvement \u2064with Ukrainian energy executives from the \u2062form \u200cFD-1023.<\/p>\n<h2>Burisma\u200c Hired Hunter \u200cTo \u200d\u2018Protect\u2063 Us, Through His Dad\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>In a 2015 or 2016 meeting with Burisma executives in Ukraine, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/heres-everything-in-the-damning-fd-1023-document-that-implicates-biden-in-an-international-bribery-scheme\/\" title=\"FD-1023 Document Implicates Biden in International Bribery Scheme\">unnamed confidential human\u200c source<\/a> said\u2062 he heard from the company\u2019s CFO \u200dVadim Pojarskii that Hunter Biden was hired to the board\u2063 of directors\u2062 to \u201cprotect us, through\u200b his dad, from all\u200b kinds of problems.\u201d The CHS claims \u2062Pojarskii did not elaborate on that allegation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e0fe349b9550a82f42c46a2a43c01d42 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e0fe349b9550a82f42c46a2a43c01d42\"><\/div>\n<p>When\u200d asked on \u200bthe 2020 campaign trail whether it \u2063was wrong for Hunter \u201cto take that position,\u200c knowing that it was really\u200b because that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nbc-finally-mentions-hunter-bidens-name-after-261-days\/\" title=\"NBC Finally Mentions Hunter Biden\u2019s Name After 261 Days\">company wanted access<\/a> to you,\u201d\u2064 Biden claimed, \u201cThat\u2019s not true.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re saying things\u200c you\u2062 do not know what you\u2019re talking \u2062about,\u201d Biden replied curtly. \u201cNo one said that. Who said\u2062 that?\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Biden \u200dWas Key\u2062 To\u200d Burisma\u2019s U.S. Dealings<\/h2>\n<p>In a\u2063 different Vienna, \u200dAustria coffee shop meeting \u2063around the same time then-Vice President Biden called for the firing \u200dof Ukraine Prosecutor \u200dGeneral Viktor Shokin,\u2063 Burisma CEO and founder Mykola Zlochevsky\u200c waved off the \u200bCHS\u2019s\u2064 concerns \u200babout\u200c completing a U.S. deal amid Shokin\u2019s investigation \u2063into Burisma.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t worry Hunter will\u200c take care of all \u200bof \u200dthose issues through his dad,\u201d Zlochevsky said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e0a9145b3544e8c7e1d023db90b72368 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e0a9145b3544e8c7e1d023db90b72368\"><\/div>\n<h2>Burisma \u200cWas Not \u200cInnocent<\/h2>\n<p>No matter\u200d how many times the\u200d CHS tried to convince Zlochevsky \u2064that\u200b creating a\u200b U.S.\u2062 entity or buying a\u2064 \u201ccorporate shell\u201d would be a cheaper\u200b way to put \u2063down business roots\u200c in the Western part of the world, the Burisma CEO refused. Instead, Zlochevsky that Hunter\u2064 \u201cadvised Burisma it could raise much more capital if Burisma purchased\u2064 a larger US-based business that already had a history In the \u200bUS oil \u2064and gas sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCHS\u200d advised Zlochevsky\u200b it would\u2063 be\u200c problematic to raise\u2062 capital \u200cin the \u2063US given Shokin\u2019s investigation into Burisma\u2062 as nobody in the US would\u200b invest \u200bin a company that \u200dwas the \u200dsubject of a\u2062 criminal investigation,\u201d the form notes. \u201cCHS suggested it would best \u200bif Burisma\u200c simply litigate the matter in Ukraine, and pay some attorney $50,000.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zlochevsky replied that Burisma would not survive a trial\u200c \u201cbecause he\u200c could not\u200b show that Burisma was innocent.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Hunter and Joe Accepted $10\u2064 Million Bribe\u2063 To Fire Problematic Ukraine Prosecutor<\/h2>\n<p>In that same meeting, Zlochevsky\u200b claimed: \u201cIt costs 5 (million) to pay one Biden, and \u20645 (million) to another Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Later \u200cin the \u2062conversation, he told CHS, \u2064\u201cIt\u2019s \u200dtoo late to\u200b change\u200b his decision\u201d to\u200b keep the Bidens\u200c involved in the company\u2019s \u2062wheeling and\u200b dealings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCHS understood this to mean that Zlochevsky had already paid the Bidens, presumably to deal \u200dwith Shokin,\u201d the document states.<\/p>\n<p>In a 2016 or\u2062 2017\u2064 phone call with the CHS, Zlochevsky \u2063confirmed Shokin was fired \u2064and expressed confidence that \u2064\u201cnobody would find out about his financial\u2064 dealings with the Bidens.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Hunter Biden\u2063 Was \u2063Not Qualified To\u200c Be On \u2062Burisma\u2019s Board<\/h2>\n<p>Hunter received approximately $50,000 a month \u200bto sit on Burisma\u2019s board, \u2063but not even the company\u2019s executives were\u2062 fooled into believing he deserved to be there.<\/p>\n<p>In his meeting with the CHS in Kyiv, Pojarskii admitted that Hunter\u2063 \u201cwas not smart,\u201d which \u2062is why the company required extra assistance and counsel when it \u2062came to\u200c possibly \u2063merging with a U.S.-based\u200d oil and gas company.<\/p>\n<p>In\u2064 the CHS\u2019s \u2063meeting in Vienna,\u200c Zlochevsky\u2063 claimed\u2064 Hunter \u201cwas stupid, and his (Zlochevsky\u2019s)\u200d dog was smarter.\u201d Zlochevsky \u2062said Burisma merely\u2063 kept Hunter employed \u201cso\u2062 everything\u2064 will \u2064be okay.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When asked about his son, Biden often claims Hunter is a \u201cvery bright guy\u201d and \u201cthe smartest guy I know.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Joe Biden Told Burisma Not To Fire Hunter<\/h2>\n<p>When the CHS asked if either Hunter \u200bor Joe demanded Burisma keep Hunter on the board, Zlochevsky\u2063 said, \u201cThey both did.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The CHS\u2062 encouraged Zlochevsky to \u200dmove ahead with removing the Bidens \u201cso\u200c that the \u2062matter\u200b will remain an issue \u2064in \u200dUkraine, and not turn\u200b into some international\u2062 matter,\u201d but \u200bZlochevsky declined.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t worry,\u200b this thing will go away anyway,\u201d he reassured the CHS.<\/p>\n<h2>Bidens Coerced Burisma Execs \u200dTo Pay Them Off<\/h2>\n<p>In \u200ba 2016 \u200dor \u20622017 phone call with the CHS, Zlochevsky\u200b expressed unhappiness that \u2062former President Donald Trump won the election because \u201che didn\u2019t want to\u2062 pay\u200b the Bidens and\u200c he \u200bwas\u2064 \u2018pushed to pay\u2019 them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Russian term Zlochevsky used to describe how he felt,\u2064 the CHS clarified, is Russian \u2063criminal slang for \u201cforced\u2062 or coerced to pay.\u201d \u2062Zlochevsky said he not only possessed communications about his payment to the Bidens but also recordings proving\u2062 he was forced.<\/p>\n<p>When \u2062the CHS said Zlochevsky \u201cshould\u200d make certain that he should retain those recordings,\u201d the Burisma executive scrambled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZlochevsky asked whether it would make any (legal) difference whether he voluntarily\u2062 made such payments, or if\u2062 he \u200dwas forced \u2062to make them. Zlochevsky then asked CHS whether CHS could provide\u200c any assistance in Ukraine (with the \u2062Poroshenko regime) if something were\u200d to \u200bhappen to Zlochevsky in the future. CHS \u2062replied that CHS didn\u2019t want to \u200dget involved in any \u200dsuch matters,\u201d the document states.<\/p>\n<h2>Zlochevsky Sent Payments To Bidens \u2063Through Indirect Accounts<\/h2>\n<p>Zlochevsky\u2019s scrambling \u200ccontinued \u200cin \u200ca 2019 phone call with the CHS in which he expressed worry that investigators were catching \u2064onto \u200bthe \u200cBurisma Biden bribery scandal.<\/p>\n<p>In that conversation, Zlochevsky \u2062admitted he \u201cdid not send any funds directly to the \u2018Big Guy\u2019 (which CHS understood was a\u2064 reference\u2062 to \u2063Joe Biden).\u201dZlochevsky then declared it would take investigators at least a decade to uncover the illegal \u200dbribes to Joe.<\/p>\n<p>This confession confirms \u200dwhat House Republicans suspected and \u200csubsequently proved about\u2063 how the Bidens\u2063 received their payments.<\/p>\n<h2>One\u2063 Guy Present For \u2062Biden Bribery Meetings\u2062 Works For Zelensky<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of the \u200bdocument \u200cis a \u200bstatement noting that Oleksandr \u2064Ostapenko, who was present at several of the meetings between the CHS and Burisma executives and \u201cintroduced CHS into this matter,\u201d now works for Ukraine head Volodymyr Zelensky\u2019s \u200bregime.
