Chuck\u2062 Grassley, R-Iowa,<\/strong> just released a\u200b minimally redacted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/fd_1023_obtained_by_senator_grassley_-_biden.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">copy of the FBI\u2019s FD-1023<\/a> \u2064 detailing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bureaucrats-are-hell-bent-on-congress-rubber-stamping-fisa-so-they-can-snoop-without-warrants-or-consequences\/\" title=\"Officials want FISA approved to spy without warrants or consequences.\">confidential human source\u2019<\/a>s reporting of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/explosive-fd-1023-exposes-more-biden-bribery-dirt-and-teases-damning-evidence-to-come\/\" title=\"Explosive FD-1023 reveals more Biden bribery evidence, with more to come.\">criminal \u200cscheme involving<\/a> then-Vice President \u2062Joe\u200d Biden \u200dand the Ukrainian business Burisma.\u2064 According \u2063to the\u200b FD-1023 summary, Burisma\u2019s owner specifically referenced the firing of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin \u2014 the \u2062same man Biden\u200c bragged about Ukraine firing \u200cafter his threat to withhold aid from the country while he was \u200dvice president.<\/p>\n<h2>Explosive\u200b Details Revealed<\/h2>\n<p>After months of pushing the Justice Department\u2062 and \u200cFBI to explain what investigative procedures they\u2063 had undertaken in response to evidence implicating then-Vice President Biden in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/whistleblower-alleges-fbi-has-evidence-of-biden-engaging-in-bribery-scheme-with-foreign-national\/\" title=\"FBI has evidence of Biden's bribery scheme with foreign national, says whistleblower.\">criminal bribery scheme<\/a>, Grassley\u200c released the unclassified copy \u200dof the FD-1023, which\u2064 documented claims made by\u200b the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/05\/highly-credible-source-reveals-scandal-bigger-than-biden-bribery-fbi-election-interference\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">highly credible<\/a>\u201d confidential human source (CHS). Grassley \u2064had\u200c acquired the FD-1023 via legally protected \u200bdisclosures by Justice Department \u2064whistleblowers.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1835181078\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d0a413b54afd8519f73999950b4f2ad3 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d0a413b54afd8519f73999950b4f2ad3\"><\/div>\n<p>While some of the information included\u200d in the\u2064 FD-1023 has already \u200cbeen revealed by members of the House who previously reviewed the summary of the CHS\u2019s reporting, the\u200d public release provides new explosive \u2064details \u2064related to the firing of \u200dUkrainian prosecutor \u200dShokin. <\/p>\n<p>Among the\u2063 CHS\u2019s conversations with Burisma\u2019s owner Mykola Zlochevsky, one took place shortly after Joe Biden made \u2064his first\u2063 public statement about Shokin \u201cbeing \u2063corrupt.\u201d At the \u2064time, \u200baccording to the CHS, Shokin was investigating Burisma, and Zlochevsky told the CHS that \u201cHunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Then, following Trump\u2019s election in 2016, the\u200d CHS spoke again \u200bwith \u200dZlochevsky, who expressed dissatisfaction with Trump\u2019s victory but noted that \u201cShokin \u200bhad \u200calready been \u200dfired, \u200dand no investigation was currently going on\u2026\u201d Zlochevsky\u2019s statement proves significant because Joe \u2063Biden \u2062had long claimed he pushed for Shokin\u2019s firing because Shokin was not investigating Burisma \u2014 which\u2063 is the exact\u200c opposite of the details summarized in \u200bthe\u200d FD-1023.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond putting the already\u200c known details\u2063 in black-and-white for the \u2063public to read, such as Zlochevsky\u2019s representation that he had 17 recordings of the Bidens and had never paid the \u201cBig Guy\u201d directly, the release of the\u2062 FD-1023 is significant for another reason: The American public now knows the many details the FBI could have and should have investigated.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-17b494cd405b1c6b9e0e0340b3277ce8 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-17b494cd405b1c6b9e0e0340b3277ce8\"><\/div>\n<h3>Unanswered Questions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Did Burisma or any other related entity purchase a Texas-based oil and gas company for approximately $20-$30 million during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/john-durham-requests-30-subpoenas-in-trial-against-steele-dossier-source\/\" title=\"John Durham Requests 30 Subpoenas in Trial Against Steele Dossier Source\">relevant time period<\/a>?<\/li>\n<li>Were the\u2063 CHS and\u2064 his business \u2062partner in Kiev \u2062in the 2015 \u2063and 2016\u2063 time period?<\/li>\n<li>Did the \u2063CHS\u2019s \u2062U.S. business partner \u200dconfirm\u2064 the\u2064 details of the meeting?<\/li>\n<li>Was the\u2062 CHS in London during the relevant\u200c time in\u200d 2019?<\/li>\n<li>Did the\u2062 FBI ever\u200d ask \u2062the CHS to \u2064record his conversations with Zlochevsky or attempt \u2062to turn Zlochevsky into an asset?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According\u2062 to\u2062 the\u2064 FD-1023 report, in 2019, \u2064the \u200dCHS \u200dhad offered to \u200bassist Zlochevsky if he wanted to \u200bspeak to the U.S. government about the\u200c Bidens and what Zlochevsky claimed was \u200dtheir \u2062coercion \u2062of Burisma to \u200dpay the bribes. Did anyone ever ask the CHS to contact Zlochevsky? If not, why \u2062not?<\/p>\n<p>The public release of \u2063the \u2062FD-1023 is significant now for a third reason: It comes on the heels of the IRS whistleblowers\u2019 testimony Wednesday before\u2062 the \u2064House Oversight Committee that suggested the CHS\u2019s reporting corroborates other evidence. <\/p>\n<p>During Wednesday\u2019s hours-long \u200bhearing, \u200cIRS whistleblowers Gary\u2062 Shapley \u200band\u200c Joseph Ziegler both\u200d told lawmakers\u2062 they had never\u2063 seen the FD-1023. \u200dSignificantly, Ziegler then stated: \u201cThere\u2019s things that are contained on that\u2062 document that could further corroborate other information that we\u200c might be having an \u2063issue corroborating \u2062because it could be regarding a\u200b foreign \u2063official. So if we have information regarding that in a document or a witness, we can further \u2062corroborate\u200c later\u200d evidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-26d8fa33b25caa05036fcd45daa0c756 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-26d8fa33b25caa05036fcd45daa0c756\"><\/div>\n<p>But \u2062because federal \u200dlaw prohibits the discussion of confidential taxpayers\u2019 information, other than\u200c through specific procedures,\u200d Ziegler did not detail what, if any, information they may have discovered during their investigation into Hunter Biden. Instead, Ziegler said, \u201cif \u2062that\u2019s something that we have, we can\u2062 turn that over to the House Ways and Means Committee.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This testimony suggests that the IRS\u2019s \u2064investigation likely uncovered evidence the \u200cFD-1023 corroborated. With that\u2063 form now \u200dpublic, both Ziegler and Shapley can study it\u200c and assess \u200bwhat documentary \u200cmaterial, such \u200das wire transfer reports,\u2062 they uncovered \u2062that is now corroborated.\u200d However, that evidence will have \u2064to go to the House Ways and Means Committee before it \u2064is made \u200cpublic.<\/p>\n<p>So much for Democrats\u2019 claim that there is no evidence of Joe Biden\u2019s complicity and corruption.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1cadcc4ec6564bd8385a88be75a27278 fdrlst__b89e9-after-post-content\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1cadcc4ec6564bd8385a88be75a27278\"><\/div>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">    \t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sen.
