He told people \u2063to be peaceful.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mr.\u2063 Trump recently revealed on social media that he received \u200ca letter from special counsel Jack Smith, stating he was a target of the investigation into the events of Jan. 6. With\u2064 hundreds already indicted in the ongoing case, the situation is escalating.<\/p>\n<h2>Election Interference<\/h2>\n<p>Mr. McCarthy continued to defend Mr.\u200b Trump,\u200d expressing his concerns about \u2064the Biden administration&#8217;s actions.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019ve noticed recently, President Trump went up in the polls, so what do they do now? Weaponize government, to\u200c go after their number one opponent. It is shocking.
