It is only political propaganda. Medication abortion is a lifeline. Kacsmaryk, arguing that the Food and Drug Administration\u2064 (FDA) exceeded\u200d its authority when it approved mifepristone \u200bover twenty years ago, \u200bin 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Kacsmaryk ruled\u2064 in favor of the ADF and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/video\/oan-contribution\/democrats-furious-over-mifepristone-ruling\/\" target=\"_blank\">suspended the\u2062 approval<\/a> of mifepristone while \u200dthe \u200clawsuit that challenged the safety \u200bof the drug played out in the courts.  <\/p>\n<p>The \u2063discussion held on Monday was in response to the several pro-life legislations aimed\u2062 at protecting the unborn that \u200dhave been making their way through \u2063several state legislature since the United States Supreme Court overturned <em>Roe \u200dv Wade<\/em> in June 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
