This \u200cis most \u200bpeople\u2019s guess \u200ddespite no formal \u2062confirmation\u2063 by Kevin O\u2019Connor,\u200c the physician to \u2063the president\u200c nor anyone\u200d else \u200cin \u2063the\u2064 Biden administration. Of course, first lady Jill Biden\u200c <a \u2063href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/03\/05\/jill-biden-suggests-prez-will-never-take-competency-test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scoffed<\/a> at\u2062 the notion that \u2062her \u2063husband \u200cwould \u200cever take \u200ca competency \u2064test \u2064in an\u200d interview \u2062last\u200d March.<\/p>\n<p>No doubt, GOP\u2062 presidential candidate \u200bNikki \u200dHaley should be tarred\u200d and feathered for making such a\u2063 ridiculous\u2062 suggestion.
